This is really cute!! Thank you for all of the recipe examples that you showed us. It gives us such a good idea of what it can be used for. Great video.
Thanks! I'm really glad you enjoyed it! This is exactly my goal with these videos, to demonstrate products in a real home kitchen so viewers can see if it's something they can really use. Thank you so much for watching!
I just ordered one of these and waiting for it to arrive. I love most ninja products i have bought. I have another ninja air fryer but the small size of this one and the glass containers were what made me go for this. Very thorough review and like seeing how diff recipes turn out.
Thanks! It does require a bit of attention. I really like to do a thorough dive into how these machines work, so viewers can really see if they would be a good fit in their kitchen. Thanks so much for watching!
The Ninja Crispi, with your and your daughter's expertise, did a fantastic job with the food in this video. I don't know if I would have the same results. I can see why it keeps selling out. I love that it comes with two bottoms that can go in the dishwasher. This was an excellent review.
I have one & use it almost daily. Great for complete single meals. Reheating also works well. I prefer the glass to the non stick, as I think/hope it’s healthier.
I agree it's very good for preparing and reheating single meals. The glass containers are something that I think appeals to a lot of consumers. Thanks for watching!
As usual, you provided a thorough demonstration of this Ninja product. The machine can do a lot. However, I will skip this one, since I have not used my other Ninja cookers to their full potential yet. I did enjoy watching all of the recipe ideas. Thank you.
I think that's a wise plan! We certainly don't need every product that comes on the market. It's great to see you here in the comments. I appreciate your support!
Is it raised up enough on the bottom that you can put it on a countertop without a trivet? I actually saw a video the other day of them showing how quartz countertops can actually get damaged from things right out of the oven because of the resins that are in it, I didn't think so. I thought it was just like granite.
I had this on my quartz countertop with no issue, it is raised up a small amount. I would proceed with caution and use a trivet to be on the safe side. Thanks for bringing that up. That's a great point
suggestion as someone who has done a lot of air fry wings... do not sauce the wings because they'll burn like you see there... put them in spray with some avocado oil... maybe add some salt at most... once they're done take out and add a prewarmed sauce in a separate bowl. I usually do around 370 degrees for 25 mins from frozen. My favorite air fryer so far is the Ninja Foodi XL... it's just a work horse. I have stopped using it however to use something a bit more countertop friendly. :D so my Foodi is in the storage room in my house.
That's a great tip and you're absolutely right! I wanted to show something close to what was recommended in the cookbook that came with the Ninja Crispi
I love Ninja, but I think I will pass on this one until they make one you can change the temperatures. I could see myself easily burning things or letting it cook too long. But thanks for the detailed review.
They ought to make those plastic candles on the bottom of the bowls. Snap off, then you wouldn't have the issue with the water collection, which I agree, could be annoying. If they did that and they added a temperature control to the top, that would be pretty good. At first, when I saw the force rivets or screws that were there, I thought maybe that you could unscrew that metal part to clean it better. But that doesn't look like a normal screw. I don't know what type of tool you'd have to use to take that off. I like the fact that you can see the food versus a lot of the other air fryers. I have a cosori that I love, but you can't see the food
Those are all great ideas for improving the product! I wonder if Ninja Kitchens will make any changes to the Crispi in the future. Thanks so much for watching!
@sweetsavant yeah, I hope they do take some of those ideas into consideration, because I think they're really on the right track with an interesting, innovative product.
This devise looks suspiciously like the old Nuwave oven and performs like one too. (I still have one) Bottom line is these "air fryer" devises are nothing more than mini confection ovens. Wait long enough and your local thrift stores will be the dumping ground for these as well.
I thought Nuwave was plastic not glass or maybe they eventually changed to glass? Anyway, I love my Ninja Crisp, It's awesome. You won't be seeing at thift stores anytime soon. Takes up alot less counter space than an earlier air fryer I had.

Good review! I like the recipes you and your daughter selected. That machine might require too much babysitting for me. Thank you very much!

@sweetsavant you're most welcome
I own this machine. I love it. Love your videos!
Food looks great
It was so delicious! We really enjoyed everything we made in the Ninja Crispi
Thanks so much for watching, Craig. I appreciate your support!
All the videos that I have watched on this machine produced burned food. First ninja product I may have to pass on. Thanks for the video 😊
You're welcome.I'm so glad you found the video helpful

@@sweetsavant for sure!
This looks better than a regular airfryer
I think it can be a good alternative to a regular air fryer

a cute mini turbo broiler
That's exactly right!
I like the size compared to an air fryer. I would be interested in seeing roasted crispy potatoes.
Crispy potatoes would be a great test of the Ninja Crispi. Thanks for the suggestion and thank you for watching!

They are hard to keep clean
The powerpod is definitely difficult to keep clean. Specifically the grate over the fan
Thanks for watching

Forgot about nu wave!
