this is the first youtube video that claimed that it was meant to be "an answer" to the ford class, so I have no idea where they got that from. The 003 is most likely just a transitional ship used to test the new EMALs and help pilots practice. They are most likely already focused on the upcoming 004 or 005 which will (finally) have nuclear propulsion
