It was fun to see all of these beautiful homes staged and decorated. They are pricey! But it helps to give us an idea as to which upgrades to pick and choose from. Thanks for sharing!
It's interesting when you view the homes from the lens of wanting low maintenence. The shower tiles are so small, which means so much grout. And it's white grout! What are they thinking!?
What you see is included in that exact home as it was finished. None of the homes we saw were base priced homes. I can only guess that shelving other than wire shelves, would be an add on. Thanks for watching!
We're sorry but we don't have specific information on any upgrades. This was just a general overview from our model tour. A sales associate should know. Here is their website. www.thevillages.com/ Thanks for watching!

Thank you for the home tours, I really enjoyed watching them .
I wondered that myself. Plus, there were alot of people the day we went.
My hubby and I really enjoyed this video! We always look forward to your videos.
Thank you so much! We enjoy doing them and try to have a little fun along the way. Thanks for watching and subscribing!

You are welcome! Thanks for watching!
Nice tour I think I’ll wait till interest rates come back down to 2%
We might be waiting a long time! Thanks for watching!
Those days are never coming back
@@Livefreeordi Never say never! But we'll probably be gone by then. Thanks for watching!
@@Livefreeordiyou don’t recall the 17% rates in 1983? I do. One never knows
Remember that it took a once in a century global pandemic to get rates that low. They are probably never going back there.
Great content! Thanks so much 😊
🙂
Beautiful
I enjoyed the tour but I agree I would have liked to have seen the lower priced homes. The Premier homes I can only daydream about.
Nice pools too but yeah...daydreaming here too! Thanks for watching.

Good point!
Thanks for the walkthrough

Great video and love the music in the background. The models are so pretty.
Thanks.... we try to keep it moving!
Would have like to seen more of the kitchen in te Osprey
Thanks for watching! 🙂
Fabulous. But how can adding a pool cost pretty much a third of the total cost of the house?
And a small pool at that…
Hard to believe those pool prices! Thanks for watching!
The price per sq ft on the Villages is abusive right now. The MLS sellers are wising up, but the VLS apparently hasn’t
Those prices are pretty high!
Yes please do the lower price showcase homes in a video!! Thanks
We sure will! If there is any!!!
This is the first time I saw a finished closet with shelves. Is that included or an add on? Thanks

Howuch typically are lots? Are they listed on your paper?
No..they are not. Depends on which neighborhoods but anywhere from $30,000 and up. Thanks for watching!
Well I guess if you are spending that much what's another 40k 😅😅
What are the upgrade costs for these homes?

Are there any trees left standing in that state?
There seems to be alot of preserves, state and national parks but yeah...there sure is alot of building going on. Thanks for watching!
Interest rates will never be 2%. If they go into the 3-3.5 range, there will be bidding wars and prices will rise.
Good point! Thanks for watching.🙂
Sellers have increased prices on homes 200K - 300K since last summer. This should be criminal on behalf of the realtors and appraisers.
