- I hadn't left Lisbon in nearly six months and decided, spur of the moment, to book a four night solo trip to Menorca. I needed to clear my mind, break out of my routine and just see something else for a bit.
Traveling alone is less fun and sometimes intimidating the older that I get, but afterwards I always feel happier that I forced myself outside of my comfort zone.
I really recommend renting a motorbike during the summer, it was a beautiful experience driving around the picturesque countryside roads on the way to the magnificent beaches. I loved the beach hikes and treks, the excitement of discovering a new place, hearing and speaking Spanish again.

I rented a scooter for only 10 euros a day (insurance included) from OK Mobility. It was a great and easy experience, highly recommended. They also rent cars and pick you up from the airport.
I stayed in an AirBnB for around $100 a night in a neighborhood called Els Delfins, about a ten minute drive from Ciutadella.
I stumbled across your video because I was looking for tips about Menorca. I'm going there in one month by myself and this video surprisingly resonated with me! I travel alone a lot but this is going to be the first time in an island where I'm going to spend most of my time doing nothing.

I was missing you and I too checked for updates. What a happy surprise to find this newest vlog. I thoroughly enjoyed this trip with you and checking out the beaches, scenery and love all the details you share- good, bad or indifferent. Lol. Please do more travel vlogs. This destination looked so clean. You've inspired me to add it to my bucket list since I'll be travelling to western Europe here in the near future. Hi Adrien, my name is Chris. I've been following you on and off for some time and I have enjoyed watching your videos, although never thought about reaching out until now. The reason for writting is because my youngest son is getting married to the lovliest young lady in early October and I want to find a reputable tailor in Bali who would make me a 3 piece suit for a reasonable price compared to where I live in Australia. Unfortunately I can no longer recommend the tailor I used to use there because she outsourced her work and the quality declined.
