What forever has vanished out of our eye's sight is being preserved by the love and commitment of modellers. Little worlds of times gone by.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ after a crummy day , I was able to watch this masterpiece and be happy and relaxed .
My favorite part of the layout was the steel mill and the logging mill, it brought back memories of America that led the world when it came to manufacturing! Sadly those days are gone forever.
Thank you!!!
I loved the guys in the steel mill dressed in the hazmat suits very nice!
Thanks again. This is so peaceful and reminds me of a better time in America . Thank you so much. You can tell I'm old, but wouldn't have it any other way.
One of my favorite ho scale layouts.
Beautiful work. Loved the D&RG cars. My grandfather, born on a small homestead in Oak Creek, Routt County, CO, in 1890 told me many stories of working as a repairman for the D&RG out on the praries of Wyoming and NW Colorado. I was raised by my grandparents and yes; he built a 2 room basement Lionel 027 model railroad for the two of us to spend many happy moments.
....but it doesn't seem likely that the D&RGW stock would be pulled by a New York Central locomotive and tender.....two completely different parts of the country.
I thank ES&D [eat shit & die] is much better LOL
Thank you all for putting this on here, for its makes me feel at home again. Old Master Gunnery SGT USMC.
Ever since we were little guys; me a my brothers started building models and eventually started a model RR. Progressively it got better and better as our ages got older. Got a long ways to go on it though to even be like this layout.
Beautiful job. Looks real enough to go live in. Believe me I would love to if it were possible. 😂
22:04 amazing trestle bridge wow...The whole layout is incredible with such detail n every square foot. ..Over 160 cars that Tinto unit was pullin..great work
Many thanks!
Awsome layout! When my son was 4 years old, we got him a National Geographic video about train's and he was hooked. We would take him different places to ride steam train's, including Strasbourg Pennsylvania. He changed his name to Mr. Steam.
Sounds like you're doing a great job!!! DAD!!! Your the best in the whole world. He will be telling he's kids about the good old days 🙂.
Beautiful layout. Love the timber trestles and the NYC Hudson loco with spoked drivers.
Thank you very much!
That train yard was EXQUISITE in detail...Thanks for the upload... Now that I'm an old guy, I can appreciate these things much more...
Thank you so much!!!
You have built a masterpiece I love the little towns and the comedy you've put in there! Like the campers on the cliff face. And it's got to be the cleanest place on imaginary earth. There doesn't seem to be a spec of dust on the engines train cars or even any vehicles on the road or in a parking lot. And the blend of the old with the new is great.
Loved those Rio Tinto loco's and the wood trestle bridge @ 21:18 was incredible!
Thank you very much!
Wow what a fabulous layout, love all the Steam locomotives 🚂 😀. The details are fantastic, that trestle is fantastic
Had no idea such an amazing place existed in Myrtle Beach - I’ve got to see this layout the next time we come down there!!
A Great productive Layout so many Focal points to look at and Reflect off of great Track design.
Absolutely perfect !! This is a masterpiece! I too started several times to build a set but education and job changes made that impossible. I can live vicariously through your set and others that have excelled in what is an underappreciated art form.
Such a amazing layout. They put detail into every part of the railroad
Thanks for sharing this great model RR layout with UA-cam land.
Our pleasure!
Image the time it takes to build a layout with this level of detail not to mention the cost I guess it’s a modular layout. Amazing & the space it takes up to do this
Loved the Rio Tinto loco from Australia's Pilbara region. :D
First time viewer here, wow the amount of scenes and Industry is astronomical. I particularly enjoyed the UFO landing. Just the figures and accessories especially need painting. Can't wait to see it complete!
Thank you so much for sharing this super awesome ho layout ,,,im blown away by all the detail on it...its super cool,,,Ken
Thanks so much!
Beautiful layout, fabulous locomotives 🚂
Many thanks!
The backdrops are very nice. Adds a lot of serious depth on far away camera shots. Great work!
Absolutely cracking layout! Marvelous 🚂!
Many thanks!
Incredible detail. Beautiful layout and I'm sure many, if not all, members of the Club, had a hand in this massive gorgeous layout depicting early times. Love it! The only thing I would say is...there should be a narrator stating the various trains and such.
Awesome , totally awesome the layout and scenery is beautiful. Thanks for the ride .
Bravo ! Belles locomotives et beau décor. Félicitation au club.
Great layout. The scenery and details are amazing, but I especially like the track layout itself. Although the overall plan isn't shown here, the track in each smaller area is very appealing, the curves, the ess curves, and the siding areas, all just really catch the eye and look natural. The very long trestle running around the cliff is a little fantastical, but who doesn't like looking at a big trestle? Great job.
Fantastic layout and great imagination to detail.
Nice layout there is club layouts in every city in South Carolina. I have been at all train shows that these clubs have in the state.
Nice video .Hope there more to come.
Thank you so much!!!
1 of the best layouts I've seen in a long time, Super Big like 💯👍s up cheers KC Tasmania Australia 🇦🇺🤝😎🙂👍👊
Thank you so much 😀
Bonjour à tous.
Encore une très belle vidéo , toujours magnifiquement filmé . Merci pour le partage 🤗👍🤩
Thank you!!!

First time viewer, wow the amount of scenes and Industry is astronomical.
Bad Company! Love it!!
What a wonderfully detailed, inviting layout. Great work. The video did a beautiful job of giving me a great tour. Really felt like I'd been able to visit.
Thank you very much!
Fantastic layout 😍 and the long trains are beautiful. 🤗
Many thanks!
Looks very realistic very impressive
Great looking layout.👍👍
Thanks 👍
Amazing layout 🚂🚃🚌🚋🚎🚃🚋❤️👍
Many thanks!
I love everything on this layout... Great job.. only thing wrong that throws me off and y people do it is there's always 50's to 70's era's and they throw 1990's cars on it . It ruin's The whole layout seeing it in my eyes... The cop car and dump truck.. but who am I to say . Beautiful details in this as well as the whole layout...
I counted 160 cars on that end. 😮 👏
Wunderbar bravo bravo très belle installation bravo bravo magnifique c’est magnifique j’adore
Thank you so much!!!
Wish i could have something like that or close to it but id have to get my own place and been pricing around for trains and there a good bit outta my budget but one can dream i guess
All aboard!!!
Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks!!
Awesome!
Thanks!
Leaves me in total awl!
A very nice video and layout. I often visit my local model railroad club to learn and work on projects, though it's centered more around the Pennsylvania Railroad. I also have plans to expand my own HO scale layout, but it will likely be of a much smaller size than this.
Super train model 🙂👍
Thank you very much!
Wow thats incredible!! Great vid bro
Thank you so much!!!
that trestle is awesome took you guys a very longtime to do that
I see at 14:20 a building with the roof tilted up to see inside, this is an amazing diorama time when steam went to diesel electric railroad power
I can appreciate all the time and investment. Some day this is what I want to do.
Excellent ❤️
Thanks 😊
nice model
i like it good upload thank you 👍👍👍👍
Thank you 👍
Nice job. That Hudson needs synching between chuff rate and driver rotation, though. :-D
Awesome layout! The amount of detail is awesome!!!
Very nice model railway...Rgds from Austria :-)
Many thanks!
Bellissimo!
Thanks!!!
The music is louder than the sound of the locos!!
Need for life, great video. Enjoyed the second part of the video. Hearing the music, made feel like I was reliving the 70's again, with its good points.
Thank you so much!!!
Beautiful job! My only wish would be that it was all steam. :-)
GOOD JOB
Thank you!!!
ya know all the comments that are negative here are just plain ole silly.....if it pleases the modeler then so what...I man what's the big deal.....model railroading is FUN......lighten up Francis!!
If people only knew how much time and effort goes into a railroad. Sounds like to me somebody needs a good hobby.
And I caught the "Stripes" reference....love ol' Bill and Harold...
And they of course the Sarge
Darn spellcheck
I wish George Carlin was still alive to narrate a day at this place ❤
Nice
Thanks
The music is nice but way too loud. It drowns the engine sounds.
Pretty nice layout.
Well done. So much work. How long to get to this stage? Final details...weathering. Keep up the good work.
Beautiful trains
Thumbs up, but the "ENTERANCE" is a bit confusing. though!
What about foreign power in a layout in Myrtle Beach, SC.
iT WAS GREAT IN PRE COVID DAYS WITH NO MASKS
Beautiful set up, but engines and backhoe need to look weathered
Beautiful but has anyone ever heard of too much track?
Is it scale or gauge? There is no need to mention both. It just shows you don't know the difference.
Love the Rio Tinto iron ore train, but it's a little out place on a North American layout. Modeller's licence says you can do what the bloody hell you want, anyway.
I suppose we could pretend that a railway line was built from West Australia to the steel factory in this video. Can we also pretend it's steam-hauled sometimes?
Had a problem with some of the cars used do not match the era of the layout. Also, the backhoe looked too cheap and out of place.
😀🚂🚞🚞👍
Dis I make a cameo in this?
Awesome realistic but have done without the music though
The basin in your turntable is too clean. lol
They say time stands still, and yet time moves on…..move on.
I would just love to be annoying and just put in my stock standard HO Thomas light engine just travelling with nobody realizing to like five minutes
Too much music and loud.
Very nice layout except for time periods are mixed a little like you have a modern police crown Victoria in a like a 50s scene and that's just one example but I guess that's not a real big thing
The only thing wrong is the time setting. At some parts it looks like the 2010s or 2000s and some parts look like the 1950s and 60s. As well as it looks like the 70s and 80s.
I'd like to date the girl with the black hair going down the pedestrian bridge
No matter how much detail put into the diarama, those plastic cars still look plastic!
Nice backdrops. Poor quality assembly and placement on most structures.
Needs weathering...... a lot of weathering. Everything looks like its fresh out of the box, exspecially the people. Colors are too bright. In my opinion.
Constructive criticism-everything is too clean looking, need to add weathering to everything!
violent ad at beginning --- bad
Music is unnecessary and it sucks.
Boring, lack of steam.
