I just “found” you a month or so ago. I watch your channel every day now. Thank you for all the time you take to answer questions on Q&A day. I can see why Stuart encourages you to smile. You have the most beautiful smile!!!!
Love your channel and garden. I was never a big fan of container gardening until I started watching your channel. Now I have about 30 in my outdoor area. Thanks for all the tips!!
Thank you, Linda! I appreciate all of the content you post and I think y’all do a marvelous job! I cannot imagine how much time it takes. Wishing you a great weekend, too! 🙌💚🌿🌳
Hi Linda, I enjoy your daily videos. I love how you combine different pot colors and materials but they work so well together. Thank you for the inspiration!
Literally on every question asked the answer was "I have done a video on that, I will be doing a video on that or watch me on IGTV for that......" so much for a FAQ video today!
Hi Linda, hi from Canada....love your garden to bits!! my husband and i watch your videos (many times over) and today we went out and bought 8bags of gravel...sadly we can't seem to find the same colour as what you have but wanted to test out a small place. That's not all, then the day before, we went to the garden centre and picked up a viburnum...lol you see where this is going right??? if only i could have your garden! LOL! Would love to see an aerial view of your property, to understand the layout of the garden...maybe even a sketch! Hugs and love- you're videos are very inspirational and meditative to watch :)
Hi Linda! Great questions, and thank you kindly for your time in answering them. I smiled all the way through this video. You are some kind of inspirational speaker. Who can talk about gravel, power tools and give thanks and praise for the people whining about something all in one sentence ...lol... LINDA. What a gal you are! Thank you! I have a different eye when I go looking around at my local garden nursery. BLESSINGS!
Linda, I so appreciate your plant wisdom. I live in Lubbock, Texas, a zone 7 area, but with extremes of temps and conditions. I live on an acre+, and 23 years ago planted my gardens with an emphasis on trees to help provide much needed shade. My trees are currently quite large, and I'm trying to transition my gardens to a shadier, easier to maintain space. I love the plants in your pottager blue/green video and thank you for the information.
Lowe’s in our area sells a different brand of soil conditioner so you may have to check out your area for availability. In N. Fla, it is called Robin Hood soil conditioner, less than $3 for 1.5 cf
Love, love, love your videos! I am learning so much. Right now I am fixing up our front porch and garden which I call our “happy place” We watch our neighbors walking and biking by our home. Several stop to say how much they love our garden. Since watching I plan to venture into introducing some topiaries into the mix. Thank you!
Everything is stunning! Those Geraniums are Beautiful, i have been feeling terrible since i pulled my back and i miss looking at my plants. this video made my day.
The Lowe’s gravel that Linda uses has been back in stock at a lot of our stores in the area. So if anyone is looking for it, check the online inventory on their website 😊.
Linda ,Please PLEASE do a video about how to look after lavender 🤣 I am one of many people who still need some professional reassurance that what I am doing isn’t killing the plant of .😂.
Oh yes! It is on the list. I am no expert but I can tell you the few things that have helped. That said, I find it very difficult to grow lavender in my humid zone!
I’m so glad this popped up on my feed! I’ve been watching you for a while and I had no idea you grew up in Knoxville, TN! What fun! I grew up an hour from Knoxville and now live in Knoxville. You are inspiring so much of my garden. That’s a neat little extra perk!
Greenhouse over diamonds ANY DAY! My husband built me my dream greenhouse last year! Still a work in progress & it does have a wonderful little "gravel" path & the stone (crushed limestone) being from our family quarry here in Southern KY Z6B
Hi Linda. I've been watching you for maybe two months now and I love your channel. Since watching your videos, I've become very interested in topiaries and am waiting for our local garden centers to stock up on spring and summer plants. Another thing I have fallen in love with from your videos is the wire vine (muehlenbeckia) and ordered a 4" potted plant on Etsy. It came yesterday from Florida and is GORGEOUS!!!! I'm going to have it everywhere. I already repotted it and cant wait until it is as large as the one on your outdoor table. Do you have any videos on that particular plant's likes/dislikes? I heard about your channel from Laura on Garden Answer. I currently live in Omaha, Nebraska which is a zone 5b. One last thing ... your house, your garden, your videos are all beautiful. Such a peaceful, serene yard. P.S. I also fell in love with your neighbor's Crepe Myrtles and will definitely be planting some on our new property this year. I've been gardening all my life but not nearly enough. Thanks for the inspiration.
You inspired me in having a topiary which I have always avoided, because I was against pruning them. So I went to the garden center to buy a dwarf boxwood. I was so excited that the horticulturist helping me commented on my excitement.😂
Hey Linda..i can always count on you to make me laugh.lol..i love the golden girls..they are too funny...and of course your video content always informative. Have a great day. Thank u.🙏❤
Thankyou for inspiring me to do more topiary. I had given up for a while.Wish I could get hold of so Myrtle plants ,they don't seem very popular in England ,will keep searching. We really appreciate your time given to these brilliant informative videos.
Linda another awesome video! Sooo informative! Q: What is the brand or name of your grass? Or any contact info? THANKS for all the hard work you both do ...we are sooo lucky to have you! You have excited me to bloom where I am planted!
You indicated many of your plants go in a heated or non heated greenhouse to over winter. Can you expand on what types are ok to stay in the garden. For example, I am a zone 6 where boxwood are very winter hardy; would a boxwood topiary survive do you think?
Hi Linda, question about boxwood. Have you ever worked with a heart shaped boxwood " Saturn" and what do you think about it?I found it at Lowe's and it doesn't perform for me as well as all the other boxwoods. Thanks !
Hi Linda loved your video today it was so interesting and very helpful l love watching your channel cause you are a lovely and inspiring person and garden is so beautiful you answer a lot of my questions today so thank you
Can you tell us where you purchased the flat tables that you fill up with water for your small plants. One is sitting next to your chair around the fire pit.
Linda!! Love your videos. Have wondered since I started watching ( I am a subbie by the way) where you were from. You remind me so much of a next door neighbor of mine many years ago. She was from Knoxville. But when we met we both lived in a suburb of Memphis. Don't want to post her name unless I ask her. Y'all look alike, sound alike, and even smile the same. If you aren't sisters...let me just say, "You coulda fooled me!"
You have a stunning garden. How much land do you have and how much time a day do you spend in the garden? ? And how old is your neighborhood? Thank you Linda. Hugs from Canada💟
Linda or a viewer, do you know a mulch that is equivalent to Hapi-Gro landscapers mix? Our Lowe’s in North Myrtle Beach, SC has never heard of it and I haven’t been successful in ordering from Lowe’s.com. It looks exactly what I’d like to have for mulch. Thanks. Really enjoy all your videos.
If you go back through the comments here… Someone just recommended something similar at Lowe’s in your part of the country… I can’t remember the name, but she put it in the comments!

If in a very large pot, well mulched and in somewhat of a protected area.
Sadly, Hapi Gro Landscapers Mix is not available in California.
Hi Linda, question about boxwood. Have you ever worked with a heart shaped boxwood " Saturn" and what do you think about it?I found it at Lowe's and it doesn't perform for me as well as all the other boxwoods. Thanks !
I just have one, in a pot of course. Probably not a large enough inventory to give a real opinion. But so far it hasn’t died!
@@LindaVater thank you for your answer

What kind of grass do you have in your lawn?
It is a highly realistic high quality artificial turf.
Linda Vater Oh wow, it does look very real! How long would it last? And is it okay if it gets watered regularly from the sprinkler system?
Can you tell us where you purchased the flat tables that you fill up with water for your small plants. One is sitting next to your chair around the fire pit.
My son Johnny have them tome for Christmas years ago. He got them at Ross:)
@@LindaVater Thanks....great idea how you use them.

The boiling water sounds so cruel 😅 I love youre videos on youtube and already subscribed to LVTV so excited 🥳 Greetings from a fan in Belgium
And it works really, really well. I’ve been doing it for years especially on those large stubborn weeds. And it’s instant with no toxins.
Thanks Brecht and welcome!
You’re so right!
Hi Linda from Pigeon Forge, Tennessee! Just saw this on your video that you have lived in Knoxville.
Yes! In a neighborhood called suburban Hills off of Kingston Pike :-)
Where do you get the gravel you put around the plants
Lowe’s:)
I searched high and low for the Hapi Gro landscapers blend at Lowe’s in this area. No one has it.

Hello! My neighborhood was started in the early 1930’s. It is small. Just .21 acres. Thanks for your kind words🙏
What is the fence paint please??? i am in the process of staining my fence and really like that stain. thanks!
Did you have to dig dirt down first before putting the stones and gravel?
Mostly just lots of leveling. Probably a bit of dirt was skimmed off.
I enjoy your videos! Thank you.
Thank you!
