What exactly is our prison system feeding these inmates?
Lots of top ramen and other cheap processed foods. If you eat garbage every day and don't work out, you become obese very easily
Nothing but sodium. All prison foods are heavy sodium based. It's meant to feed inmates on a cheap budget but it's also believed these diets are used to deteriorate inmates physically. You may think he's "eating good" but this isn't a healthy look. Nothing like being lean and in shape.

First clue that he’s guilty……
Piers: “could you ever hurt a child “?

I agree.
I feel they need to retrial this case with more solid proof of evidence
Trump does it all the time.
The "body language" BS is just more evidence that people are sheeple and trendy.
Yup, eye testimony’s are usual never accurate in crimes like these because our Brian’s start trying to forget about it and hearing buffet story’s and this and that starts to change what we really saw and it always starts off with just little minor details and the longer away it gets the farther from the truth it gets same way with things everyone does a few years back you might remember doing it but you don’t remember everything leading up to it

That arm crossing is mostly because the chair has no arm rest and he's a very heavy man. He's very uncomfortable sitting down like that.
He told you that? Who asked?
Plus, crossing his arms isn’t aggressive, it’s more of a guarded, closing yourself off, or comforting yourself gesture. Hands balled up in a fist and arms stretched out would be more of an aggressive, ready to fight stance.
Oh well
That’s very great observation.
Spot on observation! Sometimes a dog is a dog! The man cannot be comfortable in that tiny chair. I read a body language expert who said they always try to put the “person” in a physically uncomfortable interview position. They even talk about manipulating the temperature. The physical discomfort contributes to them making a mistake. You are sooo correct..
That guy looks like if Seinfeld cast someone to play a Serial Killer.
No soup for you
Accurate
😆
His opening speech describes himself, and his words give him away.
This case needs a deep dive
Why?
@maher.itorer I'm genuinely conflicted..He looks like a trademark narcissist, but in the same token there isn't much physical evidence to tie him to many of the cases. Having said that I think he's guilty as sin
@@frankiephenomanalI gotta disagree. it's because of cases like this that "circumstantial evidence" is a thing. with regard to circumstance, this case literally checks every box - and pierce allowed us all to see for certain how much of a liar henriquez truly is when faced with these "coincidences".
@@frankiephenomanal
I totally agree with you 💯
@@wallach-correllebeing accused of M*rder is a huge deal. It’s another life on the line. There should be hard evidence not circumstantial. Just my opinion. I too am conflicted, I’m not sure either way
He is absolutely giving automated responses. The tip off is immediate, when he repeats the question is he capable of hurting a child, he needed the time to generate the correct answer.
@SurfinLifeCaliGurl No, he thought it could be a trap. He was convicted of leaving his step son alone to burn himself.
I think he paused because of the charges he had on his stepson
I am so sorry for the poor families who lost their babies to this maniac. I can't imagine the pain and hate you must all feel for him. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers forever.
I was really hoping to hear more from the man convicted especially after the detective said the more you let him the more he reveals himself!
Exactly he was not given a chance to talk, he was to heavy an uncomfortable and was blamed for even crossing his arms at times but not all the time!
This creep gives me goosebumps. He’s trying to speak innocently but his words are not in any way innocent!
Piers interviews are about hearing from Piers. Interviewees are just props for him to hear himself talk.
Piers was told just let him talk, to bad he didn't listen
@JamesTaylor-ir4ou
If that's true then Piers has met his his match in Alejandro Enriquez!
@patriciamoed9244
*too
Piers came to talk not to listen. He kept interrupting the killer, this was not a professional interview.
Why is pier emotional? Allow the man to also speak and tell us why he thinks he is innocent maybe we can see through him some more.
The problem is every time he buts in to give his evidence that he is innocent he either goes on a rant about how no one ever lets him give his evidence, or he goes off on another tangent deflecting from the question/ issues being discussed. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. He had a whole trial that was about evidence & his rebuttals/ 'evidence'/excuses
@@Margaret-n5x He interrupted him constantly. The guy asked at the end if he could explain and Piers said the interview was over. I like Piers but this was terribly biased and not a truly journalistic interview.
@@DarlaAnne I agree that Piers seems to cut him off a lot, but I also suspect that the show is heavily edited because Henriquez says very little of substance & rants/ rambles/ deflects constantly.
It is also about control. Henriquez is trying to control the situation with protestations of innocence, corruption, everybody else is lying etc, classic control technique of narcissists/ sociopaths. Piers is trying to take control from him by shutting him down. It doesn't make for the best tv, but all the arguments & evidence of a 6 week trial won't fit into a 50 minute show that includes discussions with other people. I think the program mainly focuses on revealing his arrogant non-empathetic narcissistic personality & delusions, & highlights some particular lies & gaslighting.
@@Margaret-n5x I understand that. I started out watching this very much not liking the guy but it was still a fail on the part of Piers to not let him finish his sentences for whatever parts were kept in the interview.
It left a lot of us wondering and kinda backfired as now I'm seeing quite a few comments wondering about his guilt.
This guy can be a total narcissist and yet not be guilty of the crimes. There's no physical evidence, only circumstantial which is pretty insane for a death penalty conviction. I really wanted to hear what he had to say.
This was definitely a "get him" interview than anything exploring all of the aspects of the case.
If you listen carefully, when he said "there are a lot of people in here that have done worse things" was very telling to me, he was comparing himself to other crimes.
This is a narcissistic, grandiose stance IMO, very defensive.
Is it circumstantial? Yes it is, but it is a tell tale from his inner thinking.
@SimonWorlds he was just saying he is not even the worse in there of what he is accused of. No dna on a single victim? How is that possible?

If he weren’t guilty, he would’ve begged for interviews! PERIOD!
Although, What about DNA 🧬 🤔 YES? No?
Wasn’t available back then. But it is now. They could exhume the bodies or maybe they have evidence
That's exactly what I was thinking. Back then even if foreign fluids, hair etc was found on a body there was no DNA testing but many crimes have been solved since thanks to stored items and DNA testing

I have been following you Pierce doing these interviews. It takes a special person to do something like this. You are doing an exceptional job. Just getting close to do an interview…scary enough as it is….is not an easy task. I hope this does not end up giving you nightmares as I can only listen to one here and there….don’t let the evil get to you and thank you for giving the ordinary folks a deeper look into the minds of these people.
This had the potential to be a much better interview. I do think he’s guilty, but I want to hear more of his side as well.
Rip to these girls🕊️
Why do an interview when you won’t let him talk.. shut up will you, the more he talks the more we find out what he’s done!!
he did talk. He says the police are liars and blames everyone for being wrong. Like a flat-earther who says all the scientists worldwide, and gov are all cooking up a big lie. If you let them get power in the conversation they will go on for hours and lay blame. There was a witness who saw him by his car where one of the body's was found who picked him out of a line up of men. He said he could never hurt a child but was convicted of scalding a little innocent boy's whole back from top to bottom while in his care prior.
I agree
I think piers should give more them more time to explain themselves
Ahahah.
Not likely, Piers only likes the sound of his own voice
Mr. Morgan likes to talk and talk and never alllows those he interviews to fair chances to express themselves
Piers has no tact at all… to a point of being insecure. I wonder why he’s so insecure
@@nomarussia5085 You're so right.... he seems so insured and he tries to make up for his insecurity by interrupting those who he interviews and cutting them off and when ever they say stop doing that he doubles down on it with further interruptions!
May all of the Victims Rest in Peace.
Such an underrated series. This and the one Piers did with women killers were both amazing
Also the one with Paris Bennett is incredibly chilling. He's the youngest and scariest of them all that Piers interviewed so far.

I reckon this man maybe innocent but very unlucky
Bad journalism
I don't like piers interviews
Absolutely! He (Piers) was just there to accuse him and not to find out anything, even crossing his arms made him guilty in Pier's eyes when anyone that heavy needs to rest their arms on something!!
Piers is an expert….LOL

@@richardlawson6787I don't think he's innocent, but he'll be judged in the end.
The interviews are the best. Rather just a doc series. Interviews are fascinating because for normal people we dont have that type of mindset. I have study a bit of psychology for nursing in college and i always wondered what turns people to do crazy stuff. Its interesting to just sorta understand why people do it. Not that any of this is okay and its horrible but interesting of the mind. Is it from childhood is it a mental illness you know. The mind is super fascinating and complex. How we store memories or how we learn.
Well, it would have been nice to hear an ‘interview’ with the killer. If it was a 2 hour interview, why edit and only play 5 minutes of him taking? Play the entire thing.
Yep. I didn’t hear a complete sentence from the guy, it was all Piers and his accusations.

You're totally right. Fortunately, psychopaths are mostly dumb af at the end of the day; None of them have the ability to comprehend what you are highlighting, which facilitates the job of the police in their investigation.

What the public fails to recognize, the motivation to solve any crime, is very high by any means.
The families dealing with these tragedies, my heart goes out too.
Cab drivers like police part of the landscape.
With so many coincidences, it's hard to look elsewhere.
Hopefully, they have the right guy.
Piers.....you never seize to disappoint.
And thats why a jury of our peers make the final call. Not just Law Enforcement. If Law Enforcement was the absolute decision maker, then I think we would be in trouble. With that said, the justice system isnt always perfect. The jury system is so important.
@@TwinRandoms oh okay. So if the police and jury aren't good enough, then what do you suppose we do?
@@TwinRandomsthis is not about law enforcement. The sicko knew all the victims
Juries consist of lay people, who can be easily manipulated by both lawyers and prosecutors. Or have prejudices and biases of their own.
Better would be a team of judges, who actually studied law. Those judges are checked by an independend group with judical knowledge, to see if they stick to procedure, handled evidence the right way and are unbiased towards the case to start with.
Judical trials always reminds me of drama series, but I guess it makes for good television.
With Piers Morgan, it is always a one man show.
Yup, he really needs to work on his self-confidence and arrogance. Not.
Peirs is not the killer.
He sickens me. He always ruins his interviews.
Absolute monologues
PIERS LET THE MAN ANSWER THE QUESTIONS WITHOUT INTERRUPTING PLEASE......
I would have liked to hear the guy speak more. We watch these as a sort of character study, so listening. To their thought process is imperative to this.
Honestly I think that Mr. Morgan should have let him talk about evidence, talk about the details of each 'case.' Pierce constantly cuts him off..the exact opposite of what the expert told him to do which was: Let him talk. I vaguely remember this case.. . I hope, I pray the grieving families have found The Peace that passes all understanding.
But if watch it carefully he actually goes off on rants about not being allowed to give the evidence or redirects. He could have given the evidence directly. Even when drilled down by Piers to answer specific evidence questions he plays semantics, repeats the question to play for thinking time or affect confusion, or redirects. It's all smoke & mirrors & bluff. The evidence was presented in court. His lawyer challenged it. The jury weighed & made a decision on it. No system is perfect, but as stated there is far too much 'circumstantial' evidence for it to have been circumstantial.
@@Margaret-n5x Oh I don't think he's innocent by any stretch but I watched Pierce interrupting way too often. That's my take. The guy hasn't given an interview in 30 years..handed it to Pierce. Too bad...shioddy interview. IMO.
@@yanifree114 From the few examples in the program of his lies or denial about significant 'circumstantial' evidence, I don't think he would have given any real evidence anyway but would have only continued to rant & deflect. The point about the floral underwear he can't refute but he tries to with lies ('the police told me about them'). His own nephew testified in the trial Henriquez persuaded him to fake a call to the media as the 'real' murderer with a script including those details. Yes I think I would have liked Piers to have probed more for Henriquez's 'truth' but this interview was about a battle of wills & control for Henriquez.
Pierce allways cuts people off when he disagrees with them.
That's why i don't like watching his shows.
@solasunny8965 true that, piers has never been neutral, he takes one side of every interview or story he presents
I don’t really like how this reporter is always slanted toward his interview and opinions based on states side instead of really coming in to find the truth. I know there is plenty of people behind bars that are innocent. I hope he keeps this in mind. Let alone treat all mankind with dignity no matter anyone’s sins.
