Whether your recipe requires an even bake, or a more targeted heat to prevent a soggy base, the Smart Oven™ Air Fryer XL is equipped with the tools to ensure you’re always producing excellent quality food.
The Bake setting provides even heat to both the top and bottom of the oven, while the Bottom Bake function directs heat to the base of your baked goods, ensuring consistent results. Follow our simple instructions below to learn how to use these functions and achieve mouth-wateringly delicious desserts.
Bake Instructions:
1. Set your rack to position 6.
2. Use the Confirm dial to select the Bake function.
3. Adjust the baking temperature using the Temperature dial.
4. To adjust the cooking time, use the Time dial.
5. Select Start/Stop to preheat your oven before baking.
Bottom Bake Instructions:
1. Set your rack to position 6.
2. Use the Confirm dial to select the Bottom Bake function.
3. Repeat the same steps as the Bake function to programme your oven to suit your recipe.
Top tip: Activate the Rotate Remind feature to remind you to rotate your bakes for a more even finish.
