The Smart Oven™ Air Fryer XL can elevate your home baking experience. With this machine, you can nurture your homemade doughs, allowing them to rise with ease by setting the ideal proofing temperature with just the turn of a dial.
Instructions:
1. Insert the wire rack to position 8. Before you put your dough in the oven, ensure that it is in an oven-proof container and cover it.
2. Use the confirm dial to select the Proof setting
3.To set the temperature and the time, use the respective dials and turn to desired values, then press the Convention button to toggle between: Convention, No Convention, and Super Convention.
4. To begin proofing, select the Start/Stop button. The LCD screen should turn orange, and the countdown should begin.
5. As an optional extra, you can use the Rotate/Remind feature to notify you when you need to rotate your dough.
6. When your Proof is complete, you’ll be notified by the ding!
