Whether you’re a fan of sweet or savoury snacks, the Dehydrate function is for you, allowing you to make tasty snacks, from dried fruit rings to beef jerky. The sophisticated Element iQ® system ensures that heat is distributed evenly in the dehydration process to guarantee that your snacks are the perfect consistency.
Instructions:
1. Set the rack to position 3 and insert the mesh basket.
2. Arrange your food so it is evenly spaced in the basket.
3. Use the Confirm dial to select Dehydrate set the desired temperature and cooking duration
4. Use the Convection button to select your desired setting: No Convection, Convection or Super Convection.
5. Press Start/Stop to begin dehydrating.
6. Activate the Rotate Remind feature to remind you to rotate your snacks for a more even finish.
TIP: To protect your oven from staining, place the roasting tray at position 8 lined with baking paper to collect any excess liquid.
