The characters are Lia (dark brown hair) and Charlotte (pink hair)
Charlotte (Lotte) is a little detective around the town and is Latt's little sister. She is investigating a case related to Roberto.
Lia is the owner of the casino and the leader of the Maresca family. She doesn't want to involve Lotte in it. But since Lotte was too persistent, Lia promised to give her a clue if she wins in the game.

YOO this is soooo perfect! I love how bright and colorful and high energy it is. The music and the scene shifts are fantastic!! and the characters are sooo engaging.
