They chose their politicians, but they just blame the government and do nothing themselves. just waiting to get help from other first world countries. Those who immigrates are probably the rich ones and the lucky ones; some has their own reasons such as family, spouse, climate, jobs, etc. Many people doesn't really move out of the country because of the government; nothing about them really bothers the population except for employment and making a living.

as a filipino, their problems are more politcal, whilst ours are more economic. We struggle, as poverty rises in our dying nation.
