When Noynoy Aquino won, you didn’t mention about political dynasty. Come one ANC, you can do better.

There should be only 2 Parties like in the US, Democrat and Republican Party. And primary election to choose the candidate that represents the party and runoff election if the vote counts are too close to call.

Agree on this. They only compete with each other amongst these two parties.

There are more than 2 in the US. It's only a de facto two party system because most of the corporate backing in elections go to either dems or republicans and the independents are ignored even if they have good platforms ~

@@quinndelcarmen1384 Ross Perot was the last US Presidential candidate running as an independent in 1992. His bid was blamed for the reelection loss of George Bush Sr, essentially divided and spoiled conservative-republican votes. And Bill Clinton won that election by default, having the highest votes of the total votes of American electorate.

tweet: The reason is simple, leaders haven't been able to seriously take action on illegalizing the danger of so called Dynasty Leadership System (if called that) in the Philippines. The next administration must put forth the time and efforts to amend some of these anomalies -- written within the political process itself. Perhaps, some of what's already mentioned are against the rule of law, but leaders chose to ignore it. Dismantle the bad ones and re-direct our thoughts on what's appropriate and right for the entire society and set good examples for more generation to come -- as dictated by The Philippines Constitution, and seriously follow thru the process and procedure after the amendments. Congress must set aside political differences and attend to what's important for the overall good of our population. There are plenty of things to do with very little time to get them all straightened out, and the [7 years] term of service may turn-out to be insufficient to do all revisions. God bless. may2022.

One constitutionalist once said during the referendum campaign for the the 1987 constitution " It is like a very beautiful woman with AIDS."
In my opinion, one of the AIDS viruses is the anti dynasty provision for the real problem is the immaturity and the poverty of the electorates- the voting Filipino people. They use this Siamese twin problem to be elected.

Power does not corrupt. Fear corrupts, perhaps the fear of a loss of power. - John Steinbeck
    🙏🏽⭐️✝️🇵🇭⭐️🙏🏽
Political dynasties thrives on fear of losing power after the taste of power and money.

Kaya pami- pamilya na ang nakaupo sa pwesto para sila sila na lang ang nagpapasasa sa kaban ng bayan.
Takot sila sa ibang tao kaya KAPAMILYA NETWORK nga naman.

Political dynasty has been with Philippine politics FOREVER and will NEVER disappear. So please do not put a spin as if it is BAD POLITICS simply because a son of a FORMER DICTATOR as you put is back at the helm. Wanna talk about political dynasty? Talk about it but please not at the expense of the Marcos family. Just do a cursory research and you'll find that it started as far back as the Spanish colonization so please spare us the conundrum with your anti-Marcos sentiments. And by the way, losing local source that you had to ask a foreigner weigh-in about Philippine politics? Where is your shame ANC? Down the commode I suppose. Oh, I take that back. Twenty one 'news' ANC really in the last 24 hours bombarding the 'new administration' with your rhetorical gobbledygook? It must pay well to be anti-Marcos.
