Dharavi is a 150 year of close knit socio economic self organized miracle of 700k people living in 3sqkm area generating around 1$ billion economic output. Sadly a redevelopment plan has been approved for dharavi to be completed in 7 year time frame.
I would love to see a video on slums in Europe like Lunik IX in Slovakia, Roma slums in Sweden, Cañada Real Galiana in Spain etc. Can you make one when you return to Europe?
@@williamseef I don't know man I have seen images on Google of slums in Europe and it did not look good at all. I have also seen a video on Skid Row LA. It looked awful. That's why I want to see a video on it.
Watching your trip to Dharavi was delightful William. It makes me happy. You have a great personality. The people in Dharavi were very pleased with your thodi Hindi.
You have good vibes bro. I just watched the channel GLOBIK and he was so rude and judgmental it’s refreshing to see how respectful and happy you are. Glad I found this channel bro.
It is not the world's biggest slum bro. Orangi town in pakistan, Neza in mexico are bigger than dharavi. However, Dharavi is the world's biggest slum economy.
People come to India to experience the Incredible culture of food, music, art, architecture, dance and spirituality but you come to India to experience slums ! There are 40 UNESCO World Heritage sites in India, why don't you visit them ?
Sounds very boring to me man! It’s about the people we travel, tourists can go there travelers are after unique experiences. Stand in a place with 1000 tourists from the west is a complete nightmare man 🤣
@@williamseef Go to Kailasa Temple and I bet you would have never seen the architecture anywhere else. A temple carved out of a single rock from a mountain and that too from the top. The largest monolithic temple in the world carved, top to bottom, 1400 years back. That technology is lost. Go there and then we will talk about unique experiences. Go to Hampi ruins in Karnataka. The wealthiest city in the ancient world. That's what you call a unique experience.
Hope you enjoy the video guys! 🥳
