@@MoviecraftInc I've been trying to some find info about Hallmark Theater but I've been unsuccessful. Can you elaborate anything about it? For example, IMDb lists this as TV Movie 1952 Star William Post Jr. and no mention of Hallmark Theater. The only thing close in name is Hallmark Summer Theatre and it only lists a single episode entitled The Real Glory. Thank you.
The episode is quite a mystery. It seems this is the first year that Hallmark went from Radio to the TV screen. There is little documentation on the net, so suffice it to say this is an example of the transition from Radio to television for Hallmark. Hallmark Theater developed into the Hallmark channel we see today.
This is our lot while in the "keeping" of godless, self-centered men...human politics is nothing but a precarious stack of variations on this theme: If there is nothing but a calculated facade between any two people, how can there be an experience of loving 'sincerity' amongst millions?
@@MoviecraftInc Someone mentioned that the private is played by Douglass Watson. Now that I look again I definitely would agree - it sounds exactly like him.
We are less than a generation from this now.
We sure are.
This is wonderful. Thanks for posting Master of Obscure!
We aim to please...thanks Neal...

@@MoviecraftInc Thank you and quite interesting too.
Hallmark continued to sponsor "HALLMARK PLAYHOUSE" {later the "HALL OF FAME"} on CBS radio (through 1955). The TV series began in December 1951.
how ironic..it is already here
"Duty is hardly a substitute for human decency." Get out the vote Nov. 5!
My sentiments exactly.
And no one is responsible: it’s a tragic series of unforeseen circumstances and errors in judgment. And that is the way human decency comes to an end.
A box of 25 Christmas Cards for a $1.00 from Hallmark, amazing. Things were a lot better in the 1950's, I can remember.
4 cent Hallmark cards! Quite a deal...
Dare we say... FISA ?
This is what we are headed for if the democrat party is kept in power!
That's funny. More like republicans / under fat Hitler

political trials of President Trump
former failed and future failed lump of excrement
Modern they Canada, USA and Europe, almost!
Does anyone know whos in the cast.
I hope someone will step up and help identify the cast. No help in the end credits.
IMDB mentions a William Post Jr. That's the only credit they give. If any others are identified that will be great.
