Thanks for your videos! Just a question, is it possible to seed recover a coinbase wallet?

Hi, thanks for the great videos.. just a question, is it possible to seed recover a Coinbase wallet? I can't see it in the list "Wallet Python Package Requirements" on your website
For seed recovery, the requirements are based on the type of address that you are supplying. (So for Coinbase wallet, it's just a standard Ethereum wallet)
Thank you very much@@CryptoGuide
No worries, best of luck with the recovery
Pls I can’t send out my bitcoin from my wallet to other wallet. It showing balance is too low for this transaction
Which wallet are you using? Fees are quite low at the moment (like $2 USD for a transaction) so it shouldn't be a problem for any decent wallet software.
I bought bitcoin in 2008 ish $200 worth and completely forgot about it until about 2012-13 when I found out microsoft deleted my hotmail account , I don't have any records ie print outs keys etc (my bad) nor do I have the old hard drive so I'm wondering is it possible to revisit and recover the wallet ?
Firstly, it can't have been 2008 ;) If you can find the wallet file on the old hard drive then you are good to go. (As long as you know the wallet password, if you set one)
@@CryptoGuide Thanks for responding as per comment It was when bitcoin first came out and just after the gfc, hard drive well and truly gone, thank you anyway for responding cheers.
No worries
Can you please 🙏 make a video explaining how to deal with (multiple inscriptions are mixed. Please split them first.)
I bought two Ordinals this weekend, and both are mixed.
I probably won't do a video on that, but you can probably split them with something like Unisat.
Thanks a lot for your content. Does the python script require Internet access to Verify the existence of the fund?
No, it runs totally offline and is either matching against the address that you supplied or matching against an address database for the coin/chain that you are checking. (This is why I suggest that the tool should only ever be used offline)
Will That require Internet for a random seed? Things in advance.
Then you just use an address database created from a list of addresses with balance on that chain. (Also, checking random seeds is a waste of time)
@@CryptoGuide make sense
Glad it helped
Is there no way to recover the full seed without knowing any of it?
Nope, if such a thing were possible then crypto would have zero value...
Hi I saw your onekey lite video, can you tell me which one is better, onekey lite or onekey touch, I know lite is just card size device and touch has touch screen, wifi , bluetooth. I am asking about which is more secure holding cryptos, Or both has same features in holding cryptos?, if have same features, why should we go for costliest one ? for the price of one touch we can buy 3 backup cards
Both have basically the same hardware as far as security goes, the main advantage of the touch is the touchscreen :)
@@CryptoGuide Thank you, but using the card we just tap and with touch we need to click the approve button and slide. Other than touchscreen is there any advantage?
Ah hang on I misread your question and thought that you were referring to the Onekey Mini vs the Onekey Touch. Basically the Lite is only for seed storage, it can't be used to sign transactions, etc.@@PooranachandiranP
@@CryptoGuide ok, thanks a lot...
No worries :)
Great video! I had a question for maybe your next video. My btc address has about 35 uxto and fees could get bad. Any ideas on how to consolidate Uxtos? I’ve heard you can send BTC to yourself but this is scary and allot of btc to loose. Thanks!
You just hit recieve on your wallet and then make a transaction that sends your Bitcoin to it. Sending funds to yourself is the same as sending funds anywhere else.
hey friend i ran across your page and im trying to figure out what does no taproot scripts signed im literally confused.... do you by any chance know what this means? or maybe guide me to someone who does?
I don't understand what you are asking. What are you actually trying to achieve?
@@CryptoGuide i have an ordinal im trying to sell but it doesnt let me list it and it says thats the notification i recieve.
@@user-yn6sx5gj6c This has nothing to do with BTCRecover, but it sounds like the wallet you are using doesn't support what you are trying to do.
Hello, great videos. I just wanted to ask - is it possible to use BTC recover to recover my passphrase for my phantom wallet on solana? I have 12 words of the passphrase written down, and they are all words that are used on phantom, so i think I must have written them in the wrong order somehow.. Is BTC recover able to help in this situation? Thanks :)
Yep, if it's just scrambled it will be a straightforward recovery.
@@CryptoGuide Great! very exciting news. I'm trying to install now but im stuck after just having installed C++ and am trying to select solana wallet from the selection screen on btcrecover. the error says [Errno 2] No such file or directory: './derivationpath-lists/BTC.txt'. do you know where i can find this file/how to install it? Thank you!
Sounds like you either didn't download and extract BTCRecover properly or that you are trying to run it from somewhere other than within the BTCRecover folder.
@@CryptoGuide wooohooo!! thank you so much kind ser! wallet recovered! what an excellent service you are providing. many thanks to you
Great to hear. Be sure to support the project by sending a tip of 1% if whatever you recovered to the tip addresses BTCRecover supplied when it was successful, or any of the addresses here www.reddit.com/user/Crypto-Guide/comments/czy13u/a_post_or_video_of_mine_was_helpful_feel_free_to/?sort=qa
hello how many seed phrase you can find in eth or btc wallet
I don't understand the question.
@@CryptoGuide out of the 24 or 12 words how many you can find with the btcrecover
For an average PC, if you know the position of the missing words then 3, if you don't, 2
@@CryptoGuide In which video do you show how to do it?
I have a video that covers how to do a recovery with missing words, the principle for 3 missing words is the same, but requires an additional command line argument.
I am trying to restore a Samurai Wallet, I have the 12 word seed phrase and the passphrase but I actually scrambled the seed phrase after it was encrypted by the passphrase. It is possible I may have messed up the order of the words. Seeing as this is encrypted and scrambled would it still be possible to use BTCrecovery to unscramble it then use the passphrase to decrypt it? Any help is appreciated, thanks.
Yea that's not a problem as long as you know the passphrase
Is there any special process I have to follow because the seed is encrypted?
Just add a an argument in the command line --passphrase
@@CryptoGuide I ran the basic bitcoin recovery and added the --passphrase argument but I'm getting this error...
notice: address database file 'addresses.db' does not exist in current directory
canceled
I don't have a public address to provide when prompted if that makes a difference.
That error means that you either don't have an addressdb or the path you supplied doesn't point to your addressdb file
No bitcoins on all three seedphrases. I am worry, not happy :~-(
Well yea I moved all the funds back off them before releasing the video ;)
(There is like $3 on the ordinals wallet one if you want the dust)
Hi

Is there a software that can help scammed victims recover their crypto after sending their funds to the world's number 1 bottom feeders/Scumbags/online Crypto scammers/Fake Traders???🤦
Thanks for your time 🙏
No, there is no technical solution for sending your funds to scammers. (And anyone who tells you otherwise is also a scammer)
Hey, I've got my core wallet.dat file backup and the hash I've generated from it. Can you help me with recovering my Bitcoin Core wallet password? Any help would be greatly appreciated! 🙏
Just follow my video on multi-gpu recovery, everything works the same if you just run it on a single GPU.
