I am not defending this guy, what he did was disgusting, but i'm saying it is easy to say that he should "accept his punishment" when it is not you getting a life sentence. That is a terrible set up in that courtroom. The defendant should not be seated that close to the prosecutor's table in that position and the court officers should not be that far across the room from the defendant. I guess they kinda lay there guard down and just let him walk through that day.But if he wanted to, he could have grabbed me....but I guess his mind was made up about his circumstance.....I heard somebody was giving him pizza and cell phones.....
Interesting. At the end of the sentencing when he is taken out the second time, he expresses emphatically, "There is no proof my child is dead!" He says that as opposed to something like "My child is alive!" To me that says alot. He wasn't so concerned about the possibility of his child being abducted, he was more emphatic about the State's burden of proof. i say, "guilty as charged". But that's just my opinion.

I'm not a doctor but, these aren't words a killer says...speaks....on Dec 10, 2011...I was dispatched to a home for ppl fighting...when I got there...the 2 women were in the home fighting with some strangers about a 2 year old little girl. I asked where was the little girl...they said in the other room sleep. Soon after, this 2 year surfaced...and I did a triple take...because she was the same complextion, height build of this missing 2 year. What really stood out was her hair. The same exact design of French braids as BIANCA had when she went missing. Prosecution theory was she was beaten to "death"with a cooking wooden spoon wrapped in a sponge and electrical tape...and her body was dispose of in the incinerator off 75 and 94. Please read the last part again...HOW DOES ANYONE GETS BEATEN TO DEATH WITH A WOODEN SPOON...LET LONE HAVE ACCESS TO THE INCINERATOR....not possible at all....This man has been railed road thru the system...Lastly, the reason why no one has said she deceased is that the exact reason. I've lived with risking my career as a police officer to testify of what I've seen in that home...and believe me...I wasn't the only person to have stepped forward to say they've seen the little girl. Terry Johnson IMO could've done a better job at representing him...there were more witnesses who were willing to testify...such as an investigator who had plenty evidence for the defense...but, he chose not to allow him to testify. I may have an idea of where this young lady may be....But, no one once to listen.

Judges are human also, but this is a pattern with her. She has a bias when reviewing cases. I think evidence needs to be absolute.

People don't rape eachother in jail anymore dude, its not like that anymore. And this guy is a big black dude, he will most likely be in a black prison gang where he will be protected. All black people stick together in prison, no matter what they did on the outside. I am not defending this dude i am just keeping it real about prison life. There hasen't really been "shower rapes" since like the 70's-80's. I know because I did 4 years, never once seen a guy get beat up and raped. I have heard of guys having sex when they did not want to, but that is because they were manipulated into it because they got into debt with some gang and it was either they give sexual favors, pay up, or get beaten up daily until they pay or die.

True very nice person, I do not doubt that he is involved but they need to uphold the poeple "Rights." With no body they do not Know 4 sure Anything. How does Casey Anthony get Exsanerated but this man get So Easily Convicted without Hardcore evidence. I did not see the whole trial but were is the Baby body. Were is the proof. Not even a witness that can say that the kid is fore sure dead.? He is not proven beyond a reasonable doubt of anything but that he is a person of interist.
I really wonder if this man is guilty or not. I see plenty of reasonable doubt, and very little evidence that isn't circumstantial.

no he doesn't... he deserves what he got which is life in prison without the possibility of parole. he needs to spend the rest of his life contemplating about what he did to his own blood, also he needs to abused by his other inmates to feel the way his child felt. I hope he gets what he deserves in prison. I'm a father of two children... and I can't even think about doing something like to my own. if anything, I want them to be better that I ever will be.

Not necessarily, many individuals are now being put in private, for profit, prisons, that don't rely on taxpayer money, but rather rely on the funding from private individuals and the owner of the prison.

That is a terrible set up in that courtroom. The defendant should not be seated that close to the prosecutor's table in that position and the court officers should not be that far across the room from the defendant. If he should decide to snap,he could take a life within seconds. It has happened before. He could easily decide that he has nothing to lose at this point and go on a murder/suicide mission.
DaOrigTruthSeeker That actually did happen here in Atlanta Ga, A man by the name Brian Nickoals took the gun off the guard, shot the judge , and a stand by and ran out the court house to the train station etc.....when I was working at fulton county jail...the guards would not even warn me that he was walking down the hall and guess who walked him to the clinic, an old man in his late 60's with no assistance ........imagine how I felt when I looked behind me while pulling a medical records chart
Donal MacFarlane yep...I was working in the record room at the jail and I was reaching for a chart, standing on a step up....I look behind me and there he was, coming down the hall, standing 6"3 to a guy whos 5"3....and my heart jumped because the man looked old and a bit gray...maybe like early mid 50's and Brian is in shape....eyez with a peace that seem to be unworried....I will never forget that because they usually lock us down before he goes to the nurse but Brian such a laid back dude. I guess they kinda lay there guard down and just let him walk through that day.But if he wanted to, he could have grabbed me....but I guess his mind was made up about his circumstance.....I heard somebody was giving him pizza and cell phones.....

Interesting. At the end of the sentencing when he is taken out the second time, he expresses emphatically, "There is no proof my child is dead!" He says that as opposed to something like "My child is alive!" To me that says alot. He wasn't so concerned about the possibility of his child being abducted, he was more emphatic about the State's burden of proof. i say, "guilty as charged". But that's just my opinion.

I'm not a doctor but, these aren't words a killer says...speaks....on Dec 10, 2011...I was dispatched to a home for ppl fighting...when I got there...the 2 women were in the home fighting with some strangers about a 2 year old little girl. I asked where was the little girl...they said in the other room sleep. Soon after, this 2 year surfaced...and I did a triple take...because she was the same complextion, height build of this missing 2 year. What really stood out was her hair. The same exact design of French braids as BIANCA had when she went missing. Prosecution theory was she was beaten to "death"with a cooking wooden spoon wrapped in a sponge and electrical tape...and her body was dispose of in the incinerator off 75 and 94. Please read the last part again...HOW DOES ANYONE GETS BEATEN TO DEATH WITH A WOODEN SPOON...LET LONE HAVE ACCESS TO THE INCINERATOR....not possible at all....This man has been railed road thru the system...Lastly, the reason why no one has said she deceased is that the exact reason. I've lived with risking my career as a police officer to testify of what I've seen in that home...and believe me...I wasn't the only person to have stepped forward to say they've seen the little girl. Terry Johnson IMO could've done a better job at representing him...there were more witnesses who were willing to testify...such as an investigator who had plenty evidence for the defense...but, he chose not to allow him to testify. I may have an idea of where this young lady may be....But, no one once to listen.

I ought to count my blessings I stood before easy going judges in the past who only fined me for my DUIs back in the late 80's when the laws weren't that strict. I'd hate to think what that judge would have done to me if I stood before her for a DWI and the fact I'm white.
