Its very possible that the festival is like a tester of some sorts. They put these skills in and if people like them enough or they do well then they'll add it later outside of the festival.
If i'am not wrong this is the first festival, so knowing that this game keep going strong for the next few years, i think we will have more revamp moves like this

It would be awesome if depending on which universe you chose to support you also gained a few new moves for cac based on universe character who aren't in the game. Kinda suprised that Beerus and Champa didn't recieve any new moves or revamps, it would have been great to revamp champas abilities and especially ultimate since he isn't picked nearly at all as a roster char.

I don’t know why, but whenever I see these moves it’s like watching an overwatch character get a buff or rework to a pre existing ability and it gets me super excited
XV2 finally gets a major breakthrough we’ve all been waiting for man. *Im so happy the festive moves are like major renovations of the old moves as homages to the most iconic anime scenes.*
I would love for these to be actually skills for us to play, it would do good for the dragon ball community, people would love it but just tone down the damage a bit

i think our days beam skills are prety cool, in kakarot looks really acurate to the anime, but in the next game they must try to make epic explotions to them, a little smoke with the color of the skill do not reflect the importance of this attacks really are
