The setting , the addition of the brass instruments and of course the whole band and Zhou Shen 's excellent voice made this version of the song a masterpiece performance , only to be improved the reaction of yourself and that of the audience of experienced singers. [Pure Enjoyment indeed].
the whole setup is in a studio, the show gathers all different era of singers. 1st episode each singer sings their own song, as each episode goes, each singer will be featured, and other singers will sing their songs, so in the future episode other singers will sing zhou shen songs as well. looking forward to every zhou shen performance in this show. so awesome and always soothing.
Well I had a change of mind, no the tree is not real, this is the second series of the Time Concert. This was the first episode of I don't know how many ep's they have done 4. The other people there are all singers from different periods through time, the oldest has been singing for 35 years. They all sing on the show, Zhou Shen is the youngest they have had on the show and he has only been singing in public for 8 years & I think he is hosting it. You really need to find and watch the full episode he is the first one there and watches every one else sing and he sings last, scroll through to find it. When he finishes singing every one is frozen and it takes ages for them to respond and when they do it is so funny. You need to do this for all the episodes as they leave a lot of the footage out of the single clips. Episode 2 is good and they sing with partners and ep 3 is the best of Zhou Shen he really lets rip and it will blow your mind. Go to ep 3 and Zhou Shen is the 3rd bracket from the end, Cant wait for the next one.
I don’t think the tree or forest are real. The leaves do not move at all. If it was a real tree, leaves would move when a breeze comes along. There was footage of Zhou Shen and another singer taking press photos and there was a curtain next to a tree (maybe not the same tree). But it looks a bit fake.
The leave and branches do not move at all. There were staff moving and hidding at the dark background. If it is real, there shuld have shorts showing the sky too.
Thank you. This was very popular when released. The background is fribricated in-door. Not real. Zhou Shen rearranged his song BRIGTHNESS to give a different feeling from his originally version. All the senior singers/artists were very impressed by this performance. PERFECT was their verdict.

😄 The Chinese lyrics has some ancient Chinese poem in it, it’s very hard to get to the deep meaning. This song was originally made for the celebration of 600 year of Forbidden City Peking. It wrote for the last Emperor of Ming (Ming明 meaning Bright) Dynasty, who tried very hard to hold on the Dynasty not to fallen apart. Unfortunately, Qing Dynasty broke it throught, and the last Ming Emperor suicided. With the original song Elderly Opera singing (cut out in this version song), this song conversed to The last Ming Emperor even he was the smallest, the weakest, the softest, but he also the fearless of one. And ti's seed is very good and healthy food in China. The ginkgo in the video may be a fake one, cause when ti grows to this size, it's age may be , should be at least a thousand, this makes it very preious. But the scenery you can easily see it in China which the ginkgo's leaves turns yellwo,the ground below also carpeted with a lot of yellow ginkgo leaves. 😄 The Chinese lyrics has some ancient Chinese poem in it, it’s very hard to get to the deep meaning. This song was originally made for the celebration of 600 year of Forbidden City Peking. It wrote for the last Emperor of Ming (Ming明 meaning Bright) Dynasty, who tried very hard to hold on the Dynasty not to fallen apart. Unfortunately, Qing Dynasty broke it throught, and the last Ming Emperor suicided. With the original song Elderly Opera singing (cut out in this version song), this song conversed to The last Ming Emperor even he was the smallest, the weakest, the softest, but he also the fearless of one. Make all-out effort to respond the situation.
😘With this new version of music and song, it cut out the Elderly Chinese Opera singing talking , and gave it more new meaning towards to Make all-out of effort, Respond with all you might. Looking past the current crop of music talents like Liang Bo (梁博), Hua Chenyu (华晨宇) and Zhou Shen (周深), everyone realizes that the entertainment industry in China owns a lot to the waves upon waves of previous generations of singers and songwriters as well as music developers in Taiwan and Hong Kong.
Seven years ago in 2015, a little known Taiwanese singer arrived to the doorstep of the Hunan Television to participate in the station's very high quality "I Am A Singer" musical and she captured the hearts and minds of the Chinese audience as well as those of other participants/competitors. The singer is Huang Li-lin (黃麗玲), also known by her nickname as A-Lin, an aboriginal singer/songwriter of the Amis tribe in Taiwan. Toward the end of the season, she was fondly elevated to the status of the "Queen of Love Songs" and the TV station arranged for Teacher A-Lin to coach some enthusiastic members of the audience to sing the songs in "A-Lin" style. The tree called 'ginkgo', a chinese tree, one of the most ancient tree in the world. It can often live for thousands of years.The leaves turns yellow when autumn comes . And ti's seed is very good and healthy food in China.
The ginkgo in the video may be a fake one, cause when ti grows to this size, it's age may be , should be at least a thousand, this makes it very preious.
But the scenery you can easily see it in China which the ginkgo's leaves turns yellwo,the ground below also carpeted with a lot of yellow ginkgo leaves. Cause even falls, the leaves are hard to decay in months, so It' exactly like the real one ,very very beautiful and romantic.
It's like a magic tree.
