Great plane! This is the last plane I was on when I almost ate it. It was a beautiful day of flying than once I came out of a cloud chaos as there was a huge flock of ducks in front of me. I pulled up at the last second as ducks were bouncing off the bottom of the airplane. Me and plane came out ok besides a few passengers having bumps on there head. Aviation is crazy beauty to pure terror in seconds.

I am looking for one here soon. I am in AZ so single engine out sucks. At night. On probable cause with Dan. I had a Travelair with Ray Jay's. The Comanche is just faster. Less roomy but I love 175 knots more
Best airplane for the money, no other airplane can give you this performance for the money which is why anything you throw at it for instruments and performance upgrades is worth it by a long shot. Throw instruments and performance mods in a Bonanza or Mooney and you get nothing for your money when you sell it because their already way overpriced. Much better flaps and landing gear than a Mooney that costs three times as much on the used market.
Get AA36 man. The 260B was probably the pinnacle ofcommand G however however you couldn't put 3 people in it and fuel for 6 hour flight. 6 people And an hour and a 1/2 flight was about it. Owned by the way you weren't taking any baggage.
@@CascadiaAviation The airplane in the video is a 260B. That is why it has the baggage door on the left. The only Comanche models that have the baggage door on the left are the 260B, 260C, PA-30B and PA-39. All other Comanches, including the 260, have the baggage door on the right side.

I love the Comanche. One of these days I will upgrade my Cherokee 180 (also an awesome plane) for the Comanche so I can go on longer day trips

You sad 166kt true but the aspen is indicate 204kt true and 175kn indicated. What am I missing? I know the true of 204kt cant be right........
