    Great video!
Willing to bet that unknown seed was a Nam doc because I literally pitted 50 mangoes and that seed looks like them.
I tried the plastic bag method because of limited space and found that they all turned black and mouldy - except for 1 (a KP).
Did you spray anything to keep mould at bay or am I just doing something wrong? I used coco-coir as the potting medium because I thought it would be inert from mould - but apparently it’s everywhere!
    Keep it up mate!

Thanks! It was actually a Calypso mango, the seeds look very similar though. Nam Doc Mai is also poly embryonic and a great one for marginal climates like Melbourne. No spray, although i do water with GoGo juice which is a biological fertilizer. According to the company that makes it, the friendly bacteria out compete bad bacteria that form mold and root rot so that might help. Otherwise just having them outside and getting fresh air and sunlight will help prevent mold. I have them in a sheltered position under an olive tree. Good luck
