Great news Milton, the full floor pan arrived yesterday. I will definitely be starting on the convertible mid next week, with a video the following week, I know your excited, stay tuned !!
Love you work bro. It would be awesome to see you install a 1964 impala quarter panel for a convertible to see how you modify this quarter panel to fit the convertible since they dont make a convertible quarter panel. Thats my situation. Thanks for the great videos bro God bless
@@guzzifabrication3448 Right on my brother i cant wait bro !!! Your videos and hard work are much appreciated!!!! You have an email i can send you photos or video of my 1964 impala SS convertible? Im in albuquerque new mexico so not far away from you.
I think that's the first time I've seen you use that sand blaster. Would that give you a bit of grief during the painting process because that looked very fast with the blaster. I have not seen your videos pop up in a while, it's starting to get nice here so the wife and I have been pulling the 262 out of the 72 chevelle getting it ready for a 350. And I am going to watch your 62 impala removal of quarters and trunk floor so we can do the right thing on our 62. Great work as usual, my brother.
I've seen those... kind of a new offering I don't think I would like to do that because now you're locked into wherever they set the panels and welded them together, that can be a major problem....
I did something stupid and cut the rear post to quarter seem and I really wish I didn’t. But it’s all a part of learning but he really makes it looks easier than it is. lol. I’ll eventually correct my mistake it’s metal.
Great Work Sir. Iv been studying your awesome work for some time now. On the rear panel were did you order from? An do they just have the lower half of the two panels? Im in search of two panels but want to make sure i get good quality panels. I may just replace the full panel. But i would like to keep as much of good original material as possible on my 64 Impala
@@guzzifabrication3448 shipping cost? Or you can manipulate the fitment better welding it together in pieces…? I’m looking to do a 62 impala and it looks like it’s gonna need complete floor pan to the trunk all the way to the tail panel 🤦🏻♂️
Chevrolet, Mopar, Ford, 4x4, etc if it is metal.... I am a full service specialty / custom shop I have alot of experience with Impalas. Thanks for watching !

@Guzzi Fabrication always, brother. Learn a lot from you.
Very impressive work method. I love the thorough process. Just out of curiosity, what would this amount of work cost the customer?
Thanks ! My shop rate is $70 hrs. + parts/materials
Hello Robert, wonder if you have tried installing the one piece trunk floor that includes the inner and outer wheel houses?

If I had a dollar for every unsmart thing I did.....
you have any advice on a 1963 impala wheel house body mount replacement (driver side)
If you go through my playlist on 62 and 64 Impalas you may find what you're looking for. Thanks for watching

Try Classic Industries
GREAT STUFF. JUST 1 THING,....FILM THE CONTENT THE OTHER WAY SO WE CAN SEE A WIDE SHOT
Question, is there a reason why you don’t buy the whole rear section trunk wheelhouse and tub assembly?
Yes.....

@@robertruano1871 Both of those reasons, do yourself a favor and buy seperate pieces.
Does your shop restore Impalas only?

What size mig wire are you using?
I use .035 wire for everything. Most shops use .025 wire for welding sheet metal.
