    Yes, you are correct, they indeed should have replaced with new buds. You are also correct when you say all ears are not the same. For me it was the complete opposite as the bud 3 pro were/are the most comfortable buds I have ever used. I was beginning to think I would never find buds that wouldn't hurt. Had also tried the Soundcore you referred to and couldn't even keep for a day they hurt so bad. Not to mention having tap controls just exacerbated the problem. lastly for the money, Samsung certainly could have offered up a larger selection of tips.

    I totally agree hard I think my pair of buds is very underpard and frankly quite a disappointment for the amount of money I paid for my Samsung Galaxy Pro 3 buds

    Whats the manufacturing date on your buds 3 pro? Samsung recalled these, i'm gonna buy them i just wanna make sure that i dont buy the old batch

      I've been assured mine are the new batch... But they only replaced the buds not the case... I'm waiting for an update for better anc and or I'll buy third party tips which are still not readily available

    Hey, so my Galaxy Buds 3 Pro ear tips broke after just two months of use. The plastic part got stuck on the buds, but I managed to remove it without damaging the buds. I went to the Samsung service center to ask for a replacement, and they told me I was the only one this had happened to and that I would have to pay for a replacement. The cost was the same as buying a pair of expensive Spinfit Superfine ear tips for AirPods Pro 1/2. I refused to pay and decided to just buy the Spinfit ear tips instead.

      Yep that's basically what happened to me ...I think it's a disgrace but at that time I had no choice re buying a third party earbud ...please let us know how the new Tips are re fit comfort sound etc

    I am returning mine as well. The case design and poor integration with my phone were not worth the hassell

    This shows that even corporations who enjoy a good image can sometimes goof. But honest (watchdog) reviewers come in the picture and often save the day.

    I had this buds on my basket ready to buy , but I watched this video and clear my thoughts. Gonna skip. Thanks man, really appreciate gonna stay with my cheap and WORKING ones. 👍

      Glad the video helped.. I'm waiting for 3rd party tips to come out hopefully improving the fit which would improve anc... Plus software updates... It's watching and maybe you may want to buy if it becomes a bargain price

    i have question can you track galaxy bud3 pro box without left and right buds (only track box ) . an example you wearing buds on your ear .. but you forgot where you keap the box (galaxy buds3 pro box) .. this is possible to find box

    They deserve a bad review, my tips also ripped 1st day while switching them out, pain in the butt to put in the case especially in the dark and they have the absolute worst battery on a pair of buds that I have owned... I like the sound personally but that's about it.

    $250?? I had to pay $399AU. US Customers are paying $250US & get $100 for old Samsung Earbuds2 as well. Doesn't even sound any better. Doesn't fit right. I feel I just wasted my money.

      ​@HowardPosener That's unnecessary and wouldn't be possible. The galaxy watch 5 pro lasts 2 days before needing a charge. Being able to charge it for an hour and have it last 2 days doesn't sound a bit much

    For $99 USD I paid (with trade in and $50 credit) they're okay. $250? Pfft. Way overpriced. And the battery sucks. They're dead after about 4 hours. Good features, but sound quality is just fine. I paid $130 for Status Between 3ANC during sale. They don't have all the bells and whistles, but soundwise they blow 99% of today's earbuds out of the water. AND they battery lasts 9 hours!!! Fit better in my ears too. But.... ymmv

      Because the ear tips fit is not good FOR ME ..but everyone's ears are different

      And for 3 pro I got the same issue

      @HowardPosener samsung is another level of causing ear infection.
      I tried the large and the medium one same
      Hurting like heat or something makes the ears dry only samsung buds2 pro and 3pro caused me this issue
