The problem with interpreting these findings is that the "full beard" options offered are unstyled, neglected-looking beard growth. I think the results might be different if they used well groomed, sculpted beards.
That's not a huge gap at all between the "worst" and "best" ones. _Do it the way you like it_ is applicable here. The most attractive one for you depends on your facial structure, your general style etc

thats an awesome quote and you should live by it. i totally agree. its just useful information for men who want to understand physical attraction and appeal better. in the end do what you like and how you feel best :)
Suspected this for years, but nice to see some data on it. Women probably want to see an indicator of masculinity but not an overt display of over the top masculinity. besides, it just looks nice
I would believe that that would be close to the "performance" of a full beard in terms of attractiveness. minus the even aesthetics of a full beard. so in all honesty, it might look good at the gentlemens club, but probably only in the eyes of few women tbph.
@@smooth_operator_x I don't know, seems to me the stubble's attractiveness comes down to 2 things, it shows that you're virile, but groomed. A full beard, while overtly a sign of virility might be covers for weak facial features. A full goatee pretty much solves the latter problem. But hey, I'm happy to be proven wrong in my hypothesis.

we dont need women to value anything. its nice, but in the end our mission is just to attract a woman and make her choose us. not more and not less. when she has made her choice, nothing matters.
the best beard style for attracting women is being attractive already
if youre an average looking guy with a clean look, and a charming character, women will flock to you

the result of what we think we like, is heavily influenced by what others do and like, especially by niches we want to appeal to
Do any of these studies take into account how the amount of white/gray hairs in the beard affects things?

If trimming my beard to stubble gets my mickey sucked I’m all for it
go for whatever you like but the attitude of doing what women want will not get u more women thats for sure man ;)
Whats exact lenght mm for heavy stubble on trimmer ?
I don't care what they think. The longer the better! And BTW did I say I don't care what they think.
keep that attitude of staying in ur own perspective!! but I wouldnt agree, only if that long beard is really carefully groomed and maintained ;)
Yea bro, i agree with you 👍🏻
Full goatee, Van Dyke, you know, the Gordon Freeman beard seems to be the best compromise, since you have a beard and get to show off your jaw.

A good beard proves you can grow a good beard, a goatee doesn't. You might wear a goatee because the hair on your cheeks doesn't fill in well.
trying to appeal to women is a fool's errand.
How much mm is a heavy stubble?
5 mm
For me, about 300mm. 😄
6-5mm
