Except that time he tried to cover Suisei's "Ghost". He was impressed by the drums and couldn't follow along perfectly.

I was thinking on this as I was watching and I believe it's along the lines of "most songs follow a logical flow" so just like how most people can anticipate events in a story or movie based on what has already happened or is happening, many songs can be anticipated and followed along with for a beat instrument like drums fairly reliably. I don't know much about him, but Jerod is clearly very experienced and familiar with enough music to where he could keep up and supplement the beat while still enjoying the song and being pleasantly surprised by turns in the ride Gura made. Btw, I loved seeing him just jam out to this. Very fun
It really puts a different perspective & feel once this song been inserted with percussions.. Now I can really appreciate Gura's genius take & Farhan's brilliant production of Reflect
