If you play me a song I don't know, just listening to it for a few seconds is enough for me to play the song with about 95% accuracy. However, the fact that he can play at that level and interact with chat, is amazing.
Pro drummers know where the direction of the song is going when they hear the time signature specially its his forte, hinotori is just as simple not too complicated but regardless they are amazing

Imagine covering a song that you're hearing for the first time, while simultaneously reading and conversing with chat. Hinotori isn't a particularly complicated song, but that is just pure talent.
I really like Hinotori's j-pop vibe, but the drums really add a kick that makes the song move from good to great. It's the perfect example of a cover taking the strengths of the original and elevating them.

Funnily enough, I took that quiz, and I got Amane Kanata. (After answering with the 8bitdrummer answer) The only reason I knew of her is that we share the same birthday.
That was before when his wife felt uncomfortable with some of the Hololive fans who came to Jerod's channel and started shipping him with the members. He wanted to stay away from covering those songs because he doesn't want that to happen again. He still did some covers a few months ago with Towa's Error and one of Calli's Original Songs.
Apparently some fans were being cringe and creepy and shipping him with the talents, which understandably made him and his wife rather uncomfy, so he stopped for a while. They've stopped, so he went back to it.

Requires some practice, theory (not for 4/4 time signature)and ear training. If you understand the maths of it all, you can do it as well.
