Teresa Teng 鄧麗君 テレサ.テン: 月亮代表我的心 (The Moon Represents My Heart)

Happy Mid Autumn Festival! 中秋節快樂! On this day, the moon is full and mooncakes are aplenty.
"The Moon Represents My Heart" (月亮代表我的心) is a Mandarin song made famous by the late Taiwanese singer Teresa Teng (鄧麗君) (1953 - 1995). The song is often cited as one of the most famous and beloved Chinese songs of all times.
The song was in fact, first sung by Chen Fen Lan (陳芬蘭)(1948 - ) in 1973 for Chen's album Dreamland (夢鄉) but was made famous by Teresa’s version later in 1977. Teresa’s rendition, which is more than three minutes long, was described as a "love song with a waltz-like lilt".
Incidentally, our two presidents, Mr. Tharman and the late Mr. Ong Teng Cheong have both sung this song.
