Hello,
You will need only one lemon and 7 mint sprigs. Place the mint leaves in the carafe. Fill 2 LITERS OF COLD WATER and leave to infuse for 2 hours in a cool place. Cut the lemon into slices and add it to the carafe. Leave to infuse for 1 hour more.
This process is repeated twice a week in the summer and also after competitions.

Buenos días Juan,
Solo necesitarás 1 limón y 7 ramitas de menta. Pon las hojas de menta en la jarra. Llenar 2 LITROS DE AGUA FRÍA y dejar en infusión durante 2 horas en un lugar fresco. Corta el limón en rodajas y añádelo a la jarra. Dejar en infusión durante 1 hora más.
Este proceso se repite dos veces por semana en verano y también después de las competiciones.

Buna dimineata,
Veți avea nevoie de o lămâie și 7 crenguțe de mentă. Puneți frunzele de mentă în carafă. Umpleți 2 LITRI DE APĂ și lăsați la infuzat timp de 2 ore la loc răcoros. Tăiați lămâia felii și adăugați-o în carafă. Se lasa la infuzat inca 1 ora.
Acest proces se repetă de două ori pe săptămână vara și, de asemenea, după competiții.

المكونات:
• 10 ورقات نعناع طازجة
• 1 ليمون
• 1 لتر من الماء
التعليمات:
1. ضع النعناع في كرافة نظيفة.
2. املأ الكرافة بالماء واتركها تتخمر في الثلاجة لمدة تصل إلى 2 ساعة حتى تنتشر النكهات جيدًا.
3. قطع الليمون إلى شرائح وأضفها إلى الكرافة.
4. اترك المزيج يتخمر لمدة ساعة أخرى حتى يمتزج طعم الليمون مع طعم النعناع.
5. بعد التخمير، صفّي المزيج باستخدام مصفاة ناعمة لإزالة أوراق النعناع وشرائح الليمون. يمكنك أيضًا استخدام فلتر قهوة نظيف لهذه الخطوة.
6. صب المزيج المصفى في أجهزة إمداد الماء للحمام حيث يمكن للحمام شربها حسب رغبتهم.
7. كرر هذه العملية مرتين في الأسبوع في فصل الصيف وأيضًا بعد المسابقات للمساعدة في الحفاظ على الترطيب الجيد وتجديد نشاط الحمام.
من الضروري التأكد من أن الحمام لديهم دائمًا الوصول إلى ماء نظيف وطازج، بالإضافة إلى خليط الليمون والنعناع.
