This home is extremely generous ❤
I was excited to tour this one.
When I first saw Grand Homes I was somewhat impressed until i saw mobile homes.
1) Vinyl flooring. That's hard plastic, for $600+ home you cannot get real wood?
2) Peel N Sitck. There is so much plastic and peel n stick backsplash in the home.
3) There are no cabinet handles in the bathrooms. Which means that Grand will charge you extra for cabinet handles that you get standard in apartments.
4) Bedroom sizes. The average bedroom size in the US is 11x12, for the primary it's 15x14. In a home that's $600K+ your bedrooms are almost the same size that you get in an starter home. Where is the fireplace? Where is the separate seating area? The media room is bigger than your master. So, you mean to tell me that you are paying $1M for that your primary bedroom is 2-3ft bigger than what you get in an apartment, starter home, and mobile home??
For a $1M I don't want average. The floor plan is average. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and only 4 upper cabinets in the kitchen, is average. There are not jets in the shower nor tub. Again. Average.
Open floor concepts are bigger apartments. Then you have travertine!! That's the cheapest type of tile.
The issue with Grand Homes and alot of these new homes, after you've seen about 50+ floor plans, you have seen them all. Once you look at homes in lower price points, even luxury apartments here in Frisco/Mckinney, Allen and etc., then do a 20min Amazon search on light fixtures, flooring, lighting, door handles and then come back to Grand Homes, you see that it's a big apartment that's average. With materials you can find cheap through Amazon.
Not sure what home you saw with Grand Homes that has vinyl floors, peel n stick backsplash. We haven't toured any like that... Also, buyers get to select the finishes when it comes to a home.
Beautiful home... a little pricey though. 😊
Homes of this caliber and size in North Dallas are starting at $900k to $1m.
Are these homes available for move in
Yes. Many of the model homes plans are available in the community

I love the home but the closet's are stupid small
