Did you find a way to install it?? If not, try this method. Format your thumb drive as fat32 if it's more than 32GB the format is a exfat32 then make sure you place your pkg files then go to package manager then standard folder voila good to go
I already have my ps3 on 4.89 and I try to update with usb and it says it’s the same software so I try the website and it says I need to update it still any help ?
