I remember you saying once that you were not a tool guy. It seems like life necessitates you becoming a tool guy..Great videos. I will be doing all this and I hope that my jobs are as bright and organized as yours when I am done.
Thanks for sharing your journey so far. I've watched a few other new car wash owners' channels, but they didn't share much, if any, of the work that goes into getting it open. I've been a factory worker for 10+ years now, I'm 30, and honestly miserable. I've had a fascination with car washes since I was little and spend probably way too much time/money in them still to this day lol so I've really been trying to join forums and FB groups to see what I can expect when I try to acquire my first location.
Have you thought about creating a diagram / master guide showing all of your lines and where they go? That way and employee (or if you ever try to sell 10 years from now a buyer) would be able to see things clearly.
I suppose I missed where I messed up the shark bite connection. Could you point it out? I never called myself a professional. Regardless been going 6 months strong and havent had a drip.
Great job,,, I know what you mean when something doesn't look right but still works, you still want to make it look like Ray Charles installed it, LOL!!!
I just finished watching all your videos. Congratulations on your car wash. You did an amazing job. Thank you so much for share your journey. Now that your car wash is up and going I would love to see a video on the your numbers. 🤑💰💵
I still need watch your other videos, but was thinking you had an automatic bay when I saw those blowers. I wish it came with one since customers love automatics when it's too cold outside to be out there washing the car, but it does sound interesting having those in the bays to dry the cars off.
Just finished watching all of your car wash videos 😎 Firstly, congrats on your car wash and the content is great! I took so many notes lol. Not too many channels showing the beginning stages of opening a car wash. Secondly, in regards to the playlist, Episode 8 is not in the playlist (I did find it by just searching for it on your channel) and there is this random Roulette Review video near the end of your playlist lol. Once again, I appreciate the content and look forward to seeing future videos! 😁
last episode binging the road to car wash reopening. Id love to see an indepth video on start til now cost to get this thing going and how youve financed it all. I know originally you hoped a few months turn around, we are now about a year from when you first started and id love to hear how you negotiated the lease agreement. Have you been paying rent each month this past year? and how has that gone witht he land lord since it took a year to become operational. also know in the past you said the goal was a 12500 revenue stream from this, i know its early but what have you been making so far and do you project hitting that target amount once fully open? After all the hard work and money do you find it to worth it all in the long run?
Advice to you never show yourself removing cash..from your place..good chance ul get robbed.. your place is looking nice ,clean..etc..are u using ceramic sealer? In your bays..? We use it..its a big hit..great video s..we use Blanco chems.Red Rhino..I feel it's the best..for our customers valve..I give them the yellow foaming brush..big time..will not stain there clothes. When there using it..also when u give them the foaming brush big time ..they spend more time rinsing off..so ul make money..I push the ceramic sealer..as well..it also beads off water..then spot free lastly..I time my customers when there washing so I know our bottom line costs each chem they use..at times I,l give them. A free tree sense as a gift now and then. As a give away..u build customers..get to know there needs I grew up in a service station my dad had way back in the day..customer trust ..and giving a good service.
Also a note for you as I learned..in time do not use blue foaming it stains cloths ..got many complaints..from our customers....yellow seems to be a good choice..for the foaming brush.. will not srain hands and clothing on my customers..rustlom brand ceramic sealer.. from blendco chem..is only sealer we use in our auto touch free wash and in bays..as our wax..I still use reg wax for the older cars as another option..for the old timers..great video s u do...weput in a oasis xp touch free wash in the tunnel.. made in Kansas, MO. Last April 2021.. nice unit..we wash about 75 cars a day on the weekends.a big hit..
I see you changed the plan of having the safe lower than your control panel, So if it was vandalized it would be more cost effective. Is that just because the panel you decided to go with didn't support that, Or was there other factors that resulted in in the vault control panel combination.

The plumber may not have been as neat as you wanted but atleast he did it correctly. You even messed up the shark bite (push fitting) connection.

Looks a lot better. Shame the plumber didn’t take a bit more price in his work and do it like that in the first place ! Great job !!

You should look into an ice machine as an extra side hustle for the car wash.
That is genius
With this news, I don’t know what Brandon from Investment Joy and Chris Atkins of Car Wash Chronicles might say…
Looks a lot better, half of bread is better than nothing. the little you did is better than nothing. also love the background music. who sings it?
