I drove 4 hours to Richmond, Virginia in 2015 to see Sidewalks and Skeletons when he came all the way from the UK. I actually got to meet him. Was a huge deal to me.
Songs like The End really seal the deal for me. Your wall of distorted guitars against the escalating piano lines is really something powerful. Makes me wish I were jamming with you. I've never been able to find someone who wants to make this kind of music, and I'm just not capable of putting it together.
For me, there is nothing better to write to than this music. I can use Eno, Synthwave, and Dead Can Dance, but Sidewalks and Skeletons has just the right level of propulsive eeriness. Thanks for uploading.
