Charly García was a visionary of what was happening in the world. He composed more than songs. Not only his texts, but the genius of being able to create a slap effect with his music, trying to wake us up to what was already being done then with all of humanity. He went way beyond simple music. Comparable only to Soda Stereo. Probably another composer would have made at least 3-4 different songs with so much variation in resources. Correct me if I'm wrong.
«Nos siguen pegando abajo» is a new wave song composed and performed by Argentine musician Charly García, included on his second solo album, the classic Modern Clicks, and released in 1983.1 The song, which quickly became a radio hit on several Latin American countries, makes a reference to the last civic-military dictatorship that devastated Argentina between 1976 and 1983. Originally the song would be called Pecado Mortal "Mortal sin", but SADAIC renamed it
She is underage, he is normal and what they do is a deadly sin. She was left without wedding or rice, and they grabbed the fiancee between more than two guys Look, they're hitting him all the time, they hit him over and over again: They keep hitting us below. I was in a club, there was almost no light, the exit door had a blue lamppost. He fainted before me, not because of the pills, but because the men of grey. Look, they're hitting him all the time, they hit him over and over again: They keep hitting us below. Mom, mom, mom, I'm leaving, I'm like a light turning off. I could see them from the floor, crazy of pleasure, fading away. Look, they're hitting him all the time, they hit him over and over again: They keep hitting us below.

This is Argentina's 80's music.
El se desmayó delante de mí;
No fueron las pastillas,
Fueron los hombres de gris
