I’m here for all of it!! I want to get back to folks asking, “Is all that your hair?”😂😂 Yes, it is. Yesterday I clarified, cleansed, deep conditioned, and moisturized. I’m determined to get my results. Side note - I’m probably gonna join you on that bun or pin-up this summer. I don’t feel like fighting frizz after all the work I put into my roller sets.

Girl, the frizz, tangles and dryness after leaving my hair out is so real! Defeats the purpose of straightening it!

Air drying will break your hair off. I learned the hard way, since I’ve been blowdrying, my hair has transformed and my ends have stayed thick and blunt.

That's not case for everyone 🤷🏾‍♀️

I air dry because blow drying too often makes my hair thinner overtime and I don't trim often so I use a Thickening biotin conditioner and my ends are thick and healthy.

“Just be normal”😂. I totally agree. I’m also going back to the basics with my hair and I have seen the progress. And I don’t feel the burden of dealing with my hair as much.

Your hair looks great. My problem is buying all the products and not being sure when my hair needs it. Should I use the K18 this week? Olaplex? Redken acidic bonding?😅
I feel like my hair was doing better 3 years ago when I just washed, deep conditioned, moisturized and sealed and limited flat ironing. Also this Scandinavian cold leaves my hair dry like the arctic circle. My hair doesn’t look too too bad, but it could be better.
Mi nuh know man. Mi just tired😞😁

Hey Dena! Great video! I agree. No braids. I haven’t worn braids since I was a child when my mom would cornrow my hair and put beads on the ends. When I go on vacation to a warm climate place, still no braids. I get anxiety when I see people with braids because I can only imagine the clumps of hair that will come out with the take down. And for me, I don’t know if there’s a name for it, but I NEED to be able to comb my hair everyday. That’s how I keep it tangle free after stretching for 9 months. I like your “just be normal” thought process. Makes sense. TFS ❤❤❤❤

Heyyy Karla, defo done with braids! My mom has that 'thing' for wanting to comb regularly too. Lol!

I also stretch for 6-9 months without tangles and breakage.

If you air dry your hair, using a moisturizer will help your hair as whenever you air dry your hair it can take more products without weighing it down. For people who roller set or flat iron their hair using something light such as serums or light oils works best. As regards to trends I believe you should stick with what works for you. Trends fades and you don’t want to mess with your hair for the sole purpose of trends. Your hair is looking fabulous so I really hope you will see improvements as you try this new routine. Remember too that what you are doing will also work for some of your viewers so sticking to a routine will help them too. It’s nice for them to see different routine and seeing your progress will help them. All the best now on this new journey and new environment. Until next Sunday see you then.😊

May I ask what product you're using to seal your hair? Im going to start air deying my hair also. The less heat. The better. My hair is very, very fine.
Sometimes i wanna give up, but when i watch your videos. It gives me hopes to continue my hair journey.
