5:45 much easier to get that trade power percentage up for the mission if you had just sent the Merchant to Transfer instead of Collect in Lübeck, because of the "collecting not in main node" penalty.
what i love about this game is when you ally ottomans, they call you into a war against mamluks, you do most of the work, then they immediately rival you after the war

i recently joined the first ever coalition war that ive ever seen in 3000+ hours of playing... (ones that werent caused by the player)... Poland just got a pu over bohemia - also a thing ive never seen happen before... i as burgundy helped pretty much all of western europe destroy the danzig poland, lithuania, moldavia, bohemia bloc... what annoys me is, the war leader released bohemia when we won, and nothing else bad happens to poland, they keep danzig, moldavia, lithuania.. maybe they lost some money... and their ae goes down from like +100 to -20? so basically they had absolutely no repercussions for having taken bohemia.. in fact any previous ae has been taken away.. this doesnt make sense.. i feel like the devs should make it so it costs far less war score to release the nation that was taken that caused so much ae.. so the offending nation actually takes negative effects.. all that happened was they lost a bit of money and manpower from the war.. in the very least they should keep half of the previous ae they gained from having invaded & taken bohemia?
Riga, Gotland and Danzig can Transform into "Hansa" and get the Lübeck mission tree for free. Start as Riga, take the 3 Province needed for Hansa, (Lübeck, Hamburg and Bremen), do your mission, vassal teuts and livionia, finish mission tree, switch Hansa and keep bonus, than take the HRE free city into your "trade league", than finish "Queen of Hansa" mission, and you have now a Vassal swarm of all HRE free city. My highest i manged to get, were 22 OPM vassal. Removing all free city out of the HRE, which forced emperor to add +8 new free city, which joined my "trade league" happily.
leviathan dlc optionally for curry favors function which really helps a lot and lions of the north is a must for the mission tree however it's probably a good idea to just get the full package dlc subscription on steam for 5 bucks a month
@@GolemEnt i would only do that if i could get permanent access to the dlcs and then cancel after the first month and im assuming they dont let u use all the dlcs once u stop paying
yeah you can't keep it if you cancel but keep in mind that eu4 is an old game and most likely eu5 will be released in the next couple years or so, so unless you're not gonna switch to it keeping the dlcs should not be that important
@@GolemEnt i stopped buying dlcs after emeperor because of issues with the game that i hate that they never fix.. mostly things where the game cheats, and things that are a chore to do that they could easily fix.. they did recently add a few things which make it less of a chore like showing us where we can upgrade trade centres... and when a leader dies showing us where that army is so we can replace it easier etc.. but there are other things i hate which constantly frustrate me that the still dont fix and they could be reasonably easy to fix.. like too many rebel spawns... its a boring chore. either reduce the constant dealing with rebels or at least make it easier to deal with.. make armies u set to kill rebels, move BEFORE they spawn so its next to it when it spawns and wont get separatism.. when looking for provinces where it might spawn.. colour the entire provinces bright pink rather than a tiny thin outline.. make the map move to where they will spawn so i dont have to spend hours looking for them.. when reloading a save, make the map go back to where you was when you saved, not your capital... make the map stay on the same map type when u saved, not the geography one.... when you set an army to go to a place and something changes to stop that unit... make it change paths automatically so we dont realise six months later they just stopped moving... if it cant get to that location, inform us with a pop up. there are tons of things in the game that make it tiresome to play that they could solve reasonably easily but they dont seem to care.. i wont go into the ways it constantly cheats cos this comment will get too long and u probably already know them all
@@tigrecito48 oh yea i get your point of view. The armies moving to lands before rebels spawn in the specific province is a great idea that could help to make the game more fun in the late game, especially when you're running a super wide country and it's annoying to manage it
Huh, wasn't it Lions of the North, not Domination? edit: for colonial range, you should be stealing parts of Norway from Danemark edit2: nvm, the Norway transfer is a classic move, especially to then seize strategic lands and letting them colonize for you

Riga's mission tree was added in Lions of the North actually, not Domination.

You ought to turn the orders into marches, as you don't want to annex them.
