Shahi roll | shahi tukda rolls | festive special mithai

✅Recipe details:
Take some bread and cut all the corners, now flatten the bread using belan
For the stuffing add some desiccated coconut (you can use any coconut),some chopped dryfruits of your choice and add condensed milk for binding
Mix it well and roll it with the bread tightly and seal it with some cornflour/maida slurry
Now shallow fry these rolls with some ghee
And soak them in sugar syrup for 3-4 minutes
For the syrup take equal amounts of sugar and water (I’ve taken 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water)
Boil it for 3-4 minutes by adding cardamom powder and kesar
Lastly add some condensed milk on top of them (optional ) or decorate it with some nuts.
