    Mem most of the time i expect too much from myself n khudke liye bhut baar ideal goals set krdeti hu due to problem of perfection 😢😢😢 i knew ki pehli hi baar me chije perfect nii hoti but firbhi aisa hojata h aur m anxious ho jati hu😢.....aise m mujhe kya krna chiye
