Tested the Predator 224 powered GTS mini bike with different riders to see If the bike would perform better with a lighter rider.

Sounds about right, the acceleration would suffer with a heavier rider but once you get the momentum going you won’t see much difference top speed, I bet if there were a slight hill, the heavier rider would slow up alot faster than a lighter rider. Great video!!!

You can really hear the difference on takeoff. That clutch is doing a lot more work. It’d be interesting to see if the CVT has the same spread in 0-30 times.

Enjoyed the video! Interesting stuff! I would of thought there would of been more of a difference in top speed…based on a few tests ive done, more gear seemed to make a big difference for me. But my testing was 10/50 straight chain on a big tire coleman. Thanks for sharing👍
the other day I was taking my moped/scooter to work (my way of avoiding the horrendous congestion is to just cruise up between all the stopped cars) and I ended up next to a little old lady on her moped, the difference in weight makes a huge difference, she zipped ahead of me quite quickly (until the speed limiter kicked in and I cruised past her as I removed the one in mine) but she was much quicker off the line being probably 1/2 my weight
I no if my bike doing 84 mph topend with a 300lb Ryder image what a 150lb Ryder would do topspeed love the video😂😅
Its all about smiles and laughs gotta controll yourself from having too much fun but staying fast is of the upmost importance ✨️

I wonder how much what you wear makes to the top speed? i.e. a well fitting jacket compared to a loose flappy jacket. does the loose fitting jacket actually slow you down or does it just feel like it would?

Thanks! This video was shot with an old Hero 7 black with the built-in camera mic. I use external mics in the helmet when riding. The video editing software is MAGIX movie studio 2024 platinum.
