I'm no expert but there's still some electrical input from the source probably like 10watts, the amp1 just takes that 10watts and amplifies it to 100 watts or whatever the amp outputs. That's what he's doing with those naked wires aside from the the optical wires.
you have to tap into that amp he just removed under the seat.. no audio shop has the skills to fk with these units or the time to figure it out. its all been done already tho.
There is no red laser coming from the fibre optics there.. Will the loop back plug still work?
