I've been training for 42 days doing a clean bulk so my daily protein shake is 120g oats and 1200ml milk and 2 bananas and 3 peanut butter table spoons and a bit of honey but if there is cinnamon I'd splash some since its better taste than honey
@@ziadkilani6961your protein shake seems to be higher in carbs than protein... unless, of course, you forgot to mention protein powder. Even then, you'd be better off using Greek yogurt or labneh instead of milk. Adding chia seeds, hemp seeds, and cacao nibs to it would make it that much better. Also, be sure your yogurt has live cultures.
I really like smoothies, but during the winter months, I much prefer something warm, like a nice bowl of oatmeal. Sometimes I’ll stir in a tablespoon of PB2. Most of the time I add sliced banana, chopped walnuts & a little splash of almond milk. I have my favorite tea along with it, Harney & Sons Hot Cinnamon Spice Tea. It’s so good & helps me wake up & get my day started!

I made it like this and it never got liquidy like a smoothie is, my blender got all stopped up from how thick it was lmao I had to eat it with a spoon, so I would say still add some liquid
Can add a cup of milk to make it a total of 23 grams of protein which in some powders is the same amount but it’s coming from whole food rather than powder

If you blend the fruit ergo break the cell walls - yr body sees it as pure sugar. It's fine occasionally but is unwise everyday "Healthy" is relative🙏🇬🇧
are you aware greek yogurt is much higher in protein than many more sugary yogurts? :) plain nonfat greek yogurt can have 27 grams of protein per 150 cal serving. That’s 108 of the calories coming from protein, more protein than other yogurts. Just depends on how much and what kind you use :) it’s higher protein than most smoothies
@@SashayYt that's why it's called a snack... obviously this small smoothie isn't going to have loads and loads of protein in it to fufill your protein intake for lifting but it still has a decent amount and it's also a snack.

you can also add cottage cheese or tofu as an alternative. Both make it super creamy!
