Great question! We want to do QCs at the very end of the cleaning while the original cleaner is there. This is easy to do with maintenance cleans- we know how long they usually take, so just send the other staff member in the last half hour of the cleaning to check the work that has already been done. If they happen to miss them, not a huge deal, just more ideal for them to visually see and fix the problems themselves. For commercial cleaning QCs, it usually isn't happening when the cleaner is still there just from scheduling constraints. But with commercial it is pretty easy to see what is just a day's worth of dirt or something that is obviously getting skipped (dust, insides of microwaves, bases of toilets, etc.) Let me know any other questions you have ☺- Stephanie
Those indicate at a glance how the quality check went- if it was great- green, needs improvement- yellow, and immediately needs a lot of addressing- red. Purple means the Quality Check is scheduled and we are waiting for results from it :)
Hi @adelnforh! Absolutely- what I did was about 10 free cleanings in exchange for an honest review online (video reviews are the best + google reviews/fb reviews). I asked the ladies in my community who were part of my target market- which is dual income families or more affluent families who have the income to have a company clean for them. They were so happy with the cleanings several booked and they all talked to their friends and left me reviews. That got me a kickstart right out of the gate and gave me much needed practice on cleaning and knowing how long each room takes. I used a cleaning checklist from the beginning and Zenmaid since Day 1- my clients were so impressed with the professionalism even though I didn't have any staff. The goal was to look and behave as a big company even when it was just me. I highly recommend you watch the other videos I have done on this channel, specifically the one called $0 to $800k a year in 2 years. It will give you a ton of actionable things to do. And always feel free to email me directly, too!!I hope this helps :)

Hello, I'm not sure if there's a problem on my end, but the link provided in the response comment and in the description as well doesn't open Stephanie's survey link. Instead, it opens this very youtube video "Sneak peek".

When they are doing the quality checks, is the original cleaner there or are they going in after?

@@sereneclean4247 Thank you that certainly helps clarify things!
Hi! Me again- I am currently working on my spreadsheets. What do the color coded areas ( Green, yellow, red, purple) represent?
Those indicate at a glance how the quality check went- if it was great- green, needs improvement- yellow, and immediately needs a lot of addressing- red. Purple means the Quality Check is scheduled and we are waiting for results from it :)
I see now okay. Thank you so much!!!
What will be your advice to someone who just started to gain more clients ?
