Just discovered you and your videos and this is really helping me get ready to start my cleaning business. My work has slowed down and I'm burnt out on nursing work. I want to be my own boss and keep all the profits of my work! Thanks for all your help.
This is EXACTLY why I waited until tax time to start my cleaning g business, 1 because I NEEDED a new vehicle I was embarrassed to even order a milkshake at the McDonald's!! It was just abnoxious, loud, clanking, wrecked from last winter sliding down a huge hill on black ice the whole front end was smashed, the back panel started to rot and I had JUST bought it with the stimulus money it was a decent looking vehicle. Not long. So 3 years with it we finally was able to get a almost brand new Ford flex, touch screen, fancy "for us" I FEEL proud when I get in that car! It something I'm proud to pull up to a customer's house!!
Also you have really made me think about ALOT! I'm now going through all my old social accounts and having them taken down, deleting old posts, photos, etc! Also have been working on my language lately at home and when I'm frustrated in public or even driving in my car I have a VERY SPICY language pallet since I was like 10 because of the language around me. It is just words, because some stranger decided they are "bad" the fact of it is other people do judge based on language it is what it is but I don't want my company to be judged based on that it's just not worth it!
Hi there! Thank you for your question. We asked Angela Brown about this, and here is her response, "The current uniforms we are able to get and use can be found in our store www.amazon.com/shop/angelabrown/list/2PP8X1F7DIICY?ref_=aip_sf_list_spv_ofs_mixed_d " Hope this helps!
Hi Angela, Thanks for all the help that you bring to me. I have a small cleaning bussiness and one of my cleaners is giving her business cards to all my clients. What do you think about this?😢😊
The best option is to remove her from your business. You do not need someone to access your customers; she is not loyal to you or your business; she is just promoting herself through you.
Did you have her sign a non compete? That’s the first thing you should have done ! You have to protest yourself. You need to address this with the employee ASAP! I personally would let her go telling her she violated her non compete order and she will be hearing from your attorney . That’s how I handle it.I do not tolerate that. That’s the one thing that will get you fired on the spot no excuses . Always protect yourself . Because there will be people who do this . And there will be clients who go for it. So get your no compete and do it right!
Hi Angelia, We’re going to agree to disagree. Allowing yourself to work for mean people is a terrible idea. Why should I have someone ruin my day or my employees day for money? What happens if my employee quits because of that person? Now I have a mean customer and I don’t have a kind, hardworking employee that was extremely valuable to me and my good customers. I’d rather keep my excellent employee and replace the mean person with a better, nicer customer. Who knows, the new customer might pay more. When I used to sell real estate we had a saying “If not this, something better. “ To be somewhat blunt, I will have gotten rid of the mean person, and they will have hired someone like you and your company as the new cleaning service. My company would thrive while the other company tries to deal with the 20 percenter.
What is happening in your business right now that brought you to this video to help you with branding for your maid service?
Simply put, I've lost sight of the the the vision! I love what I do I can't seem to reconnect
