I love this camera bag, and must say that this is the very best one of all the DSLR camera bags that I have ever used in years. How brilliant this bag manifests itself in every part of the bag. This item really excels both in the current world of camera bags, both in product design and in manufacturing quality. Thank you for bringing this bag to us.
I don't have a camera and think I'm going to get this because of the versatility of the bag! I can easily use the camera compartment for meal prep or trainers!
I just picked mine up and I was worried it would be too large or bulky looking as my carry-on and media travel bag. Its perfect and my co-workers think it suits me. I'm 5'-6''. The only thing that worries me is the material that holds your camera in place feels pretty sharp where it can potentially scratch the surface of your camera. Not sure how this will play out but I will review it after 6 months.
Dear Alejandro, These dividers are made of molded EVA foam. Even better than just saving place that is due to the molded shape, and without being bulky, they easily conform around the hardware. And they provide the same protection as standard dividers. Moreover they are lined with Nylex to prevent any scratches. The combination of both materials offers protection and organization for your hardware. We hope you'll enjoy your brand new bag, and it will fully satisfy your needs! The Thule Team
Is there enough space for a tripod and gimbal? Or a place to attach a larger video tripod on the outside? Never mind, I saw the dinky tripod... Not my thing, I like full fat tripods ;-)
Hi! We will not comment a product from one of our competitors. Indeed we haven't seen and haven't tested either this product. Thank you for your understanding. The Thule Team
fashionable and good design. But lack of waist stripe... this is quite important for heavy DSLR... This is the only thing to make me not to buy one. (i knew it may affect the design ... XD)
Veronica Law I just got one of this backpacks and I decided to returned tomorrow...waist stripe was a most in a backpack that is able to hold so many things... it was the perfect backpack until i put weight on it. I don't understand what they were thinking...
@@waawaaweewaa2045 3-4 lenses = ridiculous? wheres space for flesh or spare aku, drone maybe? It looks sweet but, unfortunately offer less than others for phot equipment.
idk, it sounds like you need a lot of space. I'm fine with body, two lenses, and drone for most of my work. The reason I like these thule backpacks is that they appear to be modular, you can adjust dividers on their backpacks however you want and also use it as a regular backpack. I don't like most photo backpacks because they r configured just as body and lens carriers. very limiting imo.
@@waawaaweewaa2045 same reason here to look for better hybrid backpack, as for now im with ThinkTank Mindshift Rotation 34L and wish to get ZAK NOYLE CAMERA BAG II which should be little spacious in photo compartment than Thule
If you have one side of the bag which is not waterproof why do you bother making the top sealed and therefore annoying to access? I would understand if it was all waterproof, but now its just an annoyingly long process. What you want to do is make the same bag but with a more accessible top. Make it a zip which is weather proof and then have a rain flap that goes over the top of that. Then you still have good rain protection yet quick access too. Win win
Hi Simon, Thanks a lot for your comment, we have transmitted the info to our product management. Our Thule Covert DSLR Rolltop Backpack is part of our collection of stylized Thule Covert camera bags. The material we used is water resistant, and the zippers are also water-repellent YKK zippers. We hope this already help. The Thule Team
Hi Antoine, Actually we can't confirm the brand of the reflector that has been used as example in this video from 2014. But we confirm that you may adapt the reflector of your choice on the bag, as long at it has a clip for fixation. We hope this will help you! The Thule Team

I always upvote backpacks that can accommodate a 6-pack.
God if this bag had a waist strap it would be absolute perfection.
Pulling the sixer from the side pocket did it for me
The Perfect Presentation i 've ever seen!Congrats!👌

Hi can I know how many litres for the bag?
Good afternoon. Is it water resistant?
Yeah! I used it at heavy rain a long time
What’s the external/internal dimensions of the removable pod system?
Why is the music something out of Goldeneye 64?
Looks good but no hip support means I need to keep looking...

Hi Veronica,
Unfortunately it doesn't have any waist strap, but it does have an adjustable chest strap.

If you're still looking for this Thule, check over cameranu.nl in Urk. I've just bought it on-line, I'm looking forward to it.
Can anyone please help me find a bag just like this but a bit smaller? I don't need the extra top space
I all ways want Thule camera bag went i travel
Is the rigid plastic insert removable?
Hi Bob,
very sorry but what product are you talking about?
Kind Regards,
Pedro
Can this go on airplane carryon?
Hi, could you precise to which Thule product you are making reference? We haven't received any link or picture. Thanks! Thule Team
As a photo backpack, not enough space for lenses. Just one body with 2 lenses? Also photo compartment doesn't look like fast and accessible.
This is a daypack. I dont see why you'd want to carry around a ridiculous arsenal of lenses 99% of the time.
