No stupid pops & bangs map, no chavvy styling upgrades, just a pure sleeper which is immensely fast.
Is not à sleeper .. but yes i like it because no pops and bangs !
Honestly, this is more of a dangerous fast, when he's accelerating hard you can see how it just struggles for traction and how hard he's trying to control it. This build would be miles better if it was awd instead of fwd

This is what I call a REAL sleeper. The acceleration is nuts. Nobody would ever expect this kind of power in a Seat. Mind blowing.

Id did that to an rs5 in my skoda once he was probably limited to 250 and my skoda manages over 270 so i could overtake him must have been wierd for him

Not necessarily. I think the Mercedes driver saw this is a not a little Seat, but a Leon Cupra. This is a huge difference. However, he may have thought the Cupra will reach its limits around 230-250 km/h.
Not really, in Germany you can easily tune any car legally. He just thought "Oh this poor brand guy is upset to be passed by a true car brand"
Even scarier is all that power being sent to the front wheels. Sleeper status is on point though 👌

I'm actually impressed of how easily it drops its power to the ground for a FWD car. Yeah, not AWD easy, but still more than OK.
FWD cars have made HUGE improvements over the last 10 years. Better suspension, better drivetrains and especially locking diffs.
Nobody took fwd seriously, cheap eco boxes until Honda took over

I love how unassuming it looks as well as how the exhaust sounds. It’s loud enough to not be boring but not so loud that it’s obnoxious just puttering about town, at least from what I can hear from the video.

You know how fast a car is when it keeps pulling really hard after 200km/h, and it gets from 200km/h to 300km/h so effortless and it’s just a 4 cyl like damn it is impressive

I remember driving to Poland on a holiday trip with the boys in a 2.0 FSI Golf V. There was a Mercedes Sprinter next to us on an unrestricted part of the Autobahn and we wanted to overtake, so the driver floored it. I was in the passenger seat checking the speedo and couldn't believe it - the Sprinter floored it as well and the driver was laughing at us while we couldn't overtake at over 200km/h 😂 to this day we have no clue what was done to that Sprinter but it sure as hell went over 200km/h easily

@@bastardosevo There's a British dude who converted his Leon hatchback to AWD with Golf 7 R parts, I believe it had 600 hp, too. He claimed that it was a relatively easy job, too. There's at least one video on UA-cam of that car. edit: that car has 750hp now, it had 600 in 2018 :D

@@M2c_5xx 400 hp in 8.3s something ain't right there, it's laughable even 520 hp in 6.28 doesn't sound right with whopping 600nm. Heavy cars with less power and torque can hit better numbers .. turbo lag bad tyres traction control something else or combination of few things 🤔
