Had a 1.9TDI ARL. Best TDI engine ever. 265hp(after mods), reliable, fast, strong as an ox. Outputted amazing power and still very litte fuel consumption. Only little downside, sounded like a tractor when cold ^^

I have one of these in Fr+ format with hybrid turbo and what not and even though its not a fast car it's still great fun. Handles great. Brakes aren't the best either but I do genuinely love it. Doesn't sound bad for a diesel either. I must say I do love yours in yellow

i had this Leon. The ARL engine is a beast. It was tuned to 142 kw but i got too many speeding tickets so i made it stock, actually the former owner did. :D i miss the car. the power delivery is instant

Phenomenal engine which can be compared to the old 1.9 4 cyl Alfa Romeo. Nice thing of these TD engines are their elasticity.

Hello, its normal 1.9TDI originally 110kW VW concern engine only with Skoda logo on the engine cover.
Tohle PD ARL, ten se do Škodovky nedával, do O1 a F1 a S1 šla ASZ (96kw). 110kw byla v Leonu, Toledu, A3, A4. Jinak je to koncernový auto tak i koncernovej motor. Tuning tam je ze 110 na 140kw.
