My goodness that has come on a long way since I last watched the Titanic build. Finding the time to watch the vidoes of not only your builds, but Phil and Lou's as well is a difficult job! Really enjoying the ISS build. And need to try and catch up on the U-Boat build as well as keeping upto date with Lou and Phil's builds, just watched the 1st video of the 1,650 scale Enterprise D
It's gonna have to be a combination of the normal build station and the workbench like you did with the Bismarck, I reckon! Looks awesome! I'll be to this point on this build eventually! I'm quite behind on this one :)
It's haunting that wayne was putting in the parts to fill the screw holes and hide them. That is the exact place somewhere along the seem of the hull where the rivets popped when the titanic hit the ice berg. Great looking model i'd love to see the build the queen mary ship model both the titanic and queen mary are my favorite ships!
The rivets had their tops sheared off from the glancing blow along the iceberg. That was a few sections down the starboard side of the ship, not right at the bow.
Well I have some bad news for you Wayne …you have not quite finished the hull .. you still have the upper stern section to build and that will extend the hull over the rudder & the screws .. will see how long she is when you have built that (presumably in the next pack?)
Hey Wayne that's sounds like a tongue twister to me. Try saying whole hull 10xs really fast. Who knows what you'll be saying by the time you reach number 10. Lmao😂😂! Titanic looks awesome can't wait to start this one myself.
Hello! I’ve a question: what if I just wanted to purchase all the magazines? They look incredibly well done and thoroughly researched. Is that possible?
Have you ordered the partworks upgrades name plate?.. I did. I gotta say I'm not too pleased with the one they gave you.. you could barely see the writing..
Hey Wayne, I just wanted to ask, does your superstructure/bridge deck sit flush with your hull? I found that once I put the metal brackets on mine it caused a bit of a curve in mine to the point that when I pushed it onto my hull they popped out of place when I tried to force it to sit flush with the hull, does your’s do the same?
Well, I have finally given up with mine. Not one of the decks fitted, after many hours moving the wires around so they did not get pinched, putting in and taking out screws, peering through windows to see what is in the way, and then......dropped it on the floor. Funnel 2 and 3 broken off, b deck has split (not repairable) and numerous small parts broken or missing ( i did buy the mk1 upgrade kit). Well I truly have a titanic wreck. Oh well. The bin monster is going to have a feast now (the crusher)
@@mikehipperson it's in the shed at the moment, I just can't look at it. So many months building and it comes to this. Hachette should have used ribbon wire for this model as I think the cable is too thick for what it's intended for, lighting the decks and puffs of smoke from the funnels. The thicker cable could have been used for the motor to run the propellers and used on the lower deck as there would have been more space for the cable.

You should do the opening scene from spaceballs with the titanic.

Awesome 🚢
Can't get over the size of this thing! This is why I didn't take this one on - no room!!
That was me that advised you to start with the black pieces first. 😉
Ok the pause, without saying anything, for the "international unit of measure", made me spit my coffee out .
Blimey that was short!
Hear that from the ladies a lot, do you? 😂
@@MGower4465 Sadly more often than I'd like 🤣
It's, dare I say, Titanic. that's a hull of a big boat!
😆😆😆
Blimey, that's the size of your blooming shed.
YES WE ARE SO BACK. YES 🥳

Great build and vid 🇦🇺🐕😍🍺👍💞💪🙏
I love your channel, and your builds, it's a pity that these models cost a Fortune.
You can tell us doing the titanic want it to finish but enjoying it to
Above the TV Wayne 😉😉
His aerial works fine!
As Quint may have said, "I think I've found a bigger boat!"

You need to convince Mrs World of Wayne to let you put a shelf up in your bathroom for the expensive fish hotel.😂

When you said it has a speaker, i wondered if its going to play the Titanic soundtrack 😂

Imagine building that in 1:8 scale 😁
that'd take up my entire desk

How many stages are there to build this ship. Seems to be dragging on forever?
140 I think
I stopped doing the knight rider kit as it was getting too expensive.
Hello! I’ve a question: what if I just wanted to purchase all the magazines? They look incredibly well done and thoroughly researched. Is that possible?
I don't think this is an option I'm afraid
@@WorldofWayneUK thanks for answering! Are those magazines as wonderful in person as they look when you’re paging through them?
On a shelf outside or on the roof!😅

How long is this compared to the bismark battleship u done previously?
It's slightly longer

@@WorldofWayneUK the metal pieces that hold the sides of the superstructure flush?
@@gamingwithjacobi8757 ahhh. No they seems fine at the moment. To be honest I haven't even tried fitting the deck yet

You’re going to need a bigger shop 😂

Encase it in resin and show it as it is in its final resting place!

Did you watch the colourised titanic ?
I haven't seen that
It was on channel 4 2 part prog. You can watch it on c4 catch up.
The original was colourized, wasn't it? Black, white, and grey are colours.
Correct they cleaned it up removed scratches and added colour.
You should stand up and compare it to your height. LOL
Tiny that thing is eh? Lol
