    This sounds pretty good in principle. Still . . . I suspect that there's a fundamental flaw in it. It probably has to do with motivation. If you don't really want to do these practices, none of this helps you. Do very many people REALLY want to do them (?)

      The fundamental flaw in the counter argument is that if you do not want to do the practices of course you will not. But nobody will listen to this video unless they want to do a practice. So the target market for this video is those that want to do a practice. So your argument is moot.
