Pretty awesome song! But yeah, Aile's transformation takes WAY longer than Vent's! Either this happens in a split second, Grey was being patient and waiting for Aile to be ready to fight him, or he just watched the whole thing without realizing the opportunity to just take the Model W.
Canonically, the transformation is almost instantaneous. In ZX it just takes them shouting "Rock on" and they are already in whatever form they desire. It's not a 1 minute long sequence.

To be perfectly honest, I've made myself a ZX AU were Vent is still Model X, but Aile's story is changed completely where Ciel gives her Model O and Albert puts the same curse on her as Prometheus and Pandora. She then teams up with the Siblings to get vengeance. Stupid, I know.
Potential strategy: Use Chronoforce's Time Bomb immediately, then get up on the wall and get them both chasing you. Jump to the opposite wall and fire charge shots. If they're going to corner you, quick swap to Model H and flee straight up, then switch to Queenbee to get over to the wall and get them back in the loop. It should only take one Time Bomb to get the loop going.
Vent: It doesn't matter zero is just a copy or not, he's still him! AIle: Vent is right about it! we don't care if your a god of destrution, we will cut you down! Dr Vile: they megamerge... with a copy...! i get it... you are indeed a humanroids Vent: it's true we are humanroids, but you Vile your nothing but a foolish scientist! Also notice at the last part of their animated transformations how Aile's just makes some waves when her hair pops out while Vent's entire body shadows out except for the glowy bits and energy just glows out behind him all epicly.
