Seriously mad props. PHS Marching Band alum here. We could hear your drums coming through the tunnels at the Rose Bowl during the Turkey Tussle and we all knew there there was nothing like the John Muir cadence. I hear it now and get chills. We're not worthy!
Growing up in Pasadena and seeing lots of football games in the 70's, Muir drums were always the best. Glad there is some record of the pride on utube.
John Muir Drum section is the Best in the Nation. I mis those days growing up in the 70's. The Drum section use to wake us up every morning like an alarm clock telling us it was time for school!!!

Good turkey tussells back then. Altadena and Pasadena was the place to be for homecoming game. The drumline is just nasty!!! It touches your soul.
