This is one of the best public policy video I have ever seen, I am not form Maharashtra but we can try at least one day in a quarter to create pressure groups and the other thing we can do is create a local media network funded by locals, even the government school teachers are your indirect employees, the first and hardest step to achieving impossible tasks are to express and dream about it. Why not adopt those in his mission directly? And teaching his audience about the SDGs might actually help them become aware and target a real career in policy making or sustainable development solutions for the future. His attempt at reinventing the wheel just dilutes the target setting for measuring such progress, and his demands could easily be slotted into already existing globally developed and accepted framework. Not to mention the troublesome implication of putting pressure for specific appointments in advisory roles. I just think asking for tracked performance on SDGs and educating his audience on the same would've been a lot cleaner approach.
